Nice vibe. Very clean and modern rooms. Perfect location. Staff was amazing. The only issue was that we wanted to stay longer and they were already sold out. We wanted to stay longer!!

Surfaces in my room were not completely clean when I arrived. No help after two complaints at front desk. Finally got room maid to clean surface.

Checking in was a bit slow but the staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I booked the mini suite with pool access which was a bit of a splurge for me but was fun. Breakfast was okay. Location was central to beach and shopping although not very scenic. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the hotel met my expectations. I enjoyed the pool access but the water was so cold. If you are really sensitive to cold water it may not be worth it to you. The breakfast was fine but occasionally the expected hot dishes were served cold. Otherwise I felt the hotel was nice.

Everything about this hotel is just perfect the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every single aspect, from the check-in process to the service, amenities, and atmosphere, was top-notch. Huge thanks to Molly and the entire team for making me feel so welcome. Daily change of bedsheet if you want. Access to Partnerhotel. The hotel is located on a very busy street and it is extremely loud both day and night. Sound insulation is poor, so noise from outside is clearly audible in the rooms. We would not choose this hotel again. In general, Ao Nang was not for us either. It may suit travelers who are mainly interested in nightlife or who use Ao Nang as a base for daily full-day excursions. Otherwise, the area feels very crowded and the beaches were not clean during our stay in January 2026.

Absolutely amazing staff. Two pools however they also let you go to their sister hotel across the street for their huge pools (no cost). The place is very clean and everything (other than the TV) seems very new. Location was great right between the two beaches. The closer beach is way more beautiful in my opinion. Up and over the small hill is the main beach with tonnes of shopping and cheaper food but none of the beautiful waterfront restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Cheap massages and food nearby. 7-11 right around the corner or at the end of the Soi (street). Loved it. Needs a bidet. But other than that nothing.

The hotel should take its non-smoking policy more seriously. There was a strong smell of smoke ‘even weed’ coming from the next room into our non-smoking room. We have a child, yet we were the ones who had to move to another room in the middle of the night. The staff only apologized and offered to change our room, but no real action was taken against the guests who were smoking.

its a bit older than it looks,safe is too tiny for even a laptop, pool/ balcony doors dont fully close and decor is well dated ... its time for refurbish.

The staff were very nice. The view in the room is great. The rooftop pool is surrounded by beauty. The room was clean enough with decent amenities, like umbrellas, beach towels, flip flops, etc. The WiFi is very spotty. We stayed for one week and asked for one housekeeping request. The toilet was not cleaned and the one set of used towels was not replaced.

We enjoyed having the swim up room and the rooftop pool was great. Super close to the night market and plenty of restaurants and shops. Seemed a bit run down, everything needs to be freshened up. Room smelt very musty, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and breakfast selection was disappointing.

Having pool access from room was a bonus. Loungers by pool in shade was appreciated. Proximity to ATM, restaurants, beach was great. Access to sister property (across the street) appreciated. We didn’t have breakfast included in our room and the price to get it at hotel was too much (THB 420/person)
