There was nothing to like, I made the booking online but I was told I need to pay cash at the hotel and the staff was super rude about it Staff was so rude, not accommodating at all!

This place is pretty decent, nothing fancy but they have everything you need. There is a lot of noise from other rooms, so it was hard to rest. I also had to leave early in the morning, and there was no one available for check-out, which felt a bit uncomfortable — especially going downstairs in the dark with no staff around. Another downside is that there’s no elevator. I was staying on the 4th floor, so going up and down every day was quite a hassle.

1. Upon arrival tired and exhausted, the staff person demanded that I pay for the hotel in CASH and threened to cancel if not paid. Nasty tactic!! 2. No safe Deposit Box-carried valuables for 4 days. 3. No Elevator 4. Bugs every morning in roon via a/c.

The staff was very friendly. The beds are very old and uncomfortable; the mattress brings were noisy, and you could feel them at every turn in bed. There was no elevator Although the room had been painted on the floor is nicely tiled, the room felt dark, and there was no window which was listed in the booking, but somehow I didn’t realize until I arrived. Most important to me the air conditioning was seriously insufficient. I asked the front desk to come and fix it and they brought up some engineers and they “fixed it.,” but it was never truly fixed.

Good place in Ao Nang. If you don’t have a bike it’s a bit far from the main town. Otherwise good hotel with friendly staff

The staff is friendly. One of them can speak Malay. we drove there so they have parking for us. The location is great, halal restaurant is just a few minutes from the hotel. so it is easy to find halal food. room is good. We booked extra bed since there are 3 of us. The extra bed is comfortable. The aircond is not cooling. the aircond is presetted to Dry mode. we waited for 30 minutes for the room to cool down, only to realize it is not in Cool mode. when we changed to cool mode, it is better although the temp 16'c doesnt feel 16. lol. Another minus point is there is no elevator. Our room was on 4th floor. with our heavy luggage, we struggled a bit to carry them to floor 4.

Probably the best place I've spent time in Thailand. It's quiet, chill, well maintained. No wonder is fully booked all the time. Maybe some housekeeping during the stay?! And, please...keep the water dispenser operational when you are off hours.

We found the location of this hotel perfect for us. Whilst you’re still on Ao Nang road, it’s slightly out of the busy area. It was about a 25 minute walk to the beach, and you would pass all the shops, bars and restaurants on your walk down. The staff were lovely, rooms well kept but if you wanted room service there is a sign to put on the door. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Clean comfy room. We had room with no window but there was still a small outside area with glass door. Just no view other than a wall. We knew this before we booked so no issue. Basic but clean and just what we needed for one night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Also great pizza restaurant over the road to the left. Shower is just there on the wall in the middle of the bathroom so everything would be soaked when used.

Super lovely and helpful staff. None of the remotes worked in both rooms. The heater was not working well, but the staff helped to fix this.

Nice hotel. Very clean room, quite large and staff very friendly. The Ao Nang beach is a good 25 minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
