Rm was clean. Beds were nice and soft. Cold bottled water and instant coffee provided free by the desk foyer. Desk attendant didn’t speak our language and not too helpful but he was pleasant. Not the greatest location and the pool was disappointing.

Such a great, calm and pristine clean hotel in Krabi. The room had everything we needed and was one of the cleanest we had in Thailand. The pool was great and very clean as well. Finally the staff is extremely polite and acommodating. Amazing stay all around, thank you very much!

Bed was soft and nice Room is far too small. Had to store my one case in the bathroom. Ordered a motorcycle to rent and none of them started

Shower and sink barely had water, it was almost impossible to shower Staff speak 0 words of english - couldn’t help us with the water problem or with scheduling a cab to the airport No restaurants in the surroundings

Comfortable bed and Cleanliness of the floors. The reception staff was a clean housekeeper but did not know any language other than Thai.. Lack of heaters for making coffee or tea in the room, and lack of cups in the reception . When the upper floor flushes their toilet , the ugly smells filled my room!!?

Reception was fantastic. Super friendly woman who offered us snacks and drinks throughout our stay. She was awesome. The location is close enough to the airport and has a pool. There were ants everywhere, including the bed.
