The staff was super friendly, the location was great, and the value was amazing! The wifi went out a couple times during our stay but other than that I have no complaints

The room was very small. There was literally only about 20 cm between the bed and the wall. Our room was located above the restaurant's kitchen, and cooking smells could be noticed throughout the day and even during the night.

The location is excellent, close to both the historic center and the Jewish Quarter. The reception staff is very friendly and quick to help with any issues. The overall aesthetic is lovely, including the rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily. The bed is quite noisy and squeaks even with minimal movement. The curtains don’t block out the light—they’re quite sheer—so if you’re sensitive to morning light, sleeping past 8 a.m. can be difficult as the room gets very bright. You’re given two coffee capsules every two days, and the used cups are not always cleaned. Reception is only available until 6 p.m., so it can be difficult to get assistance after that (there is a number provided, but it’s for emergencies only). Lastly, there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up two flights of stairs can be a bit challenging.

Great ambiance in old historic building close to everything. Kind staff. Great breakfast. Restaurant downstairs also good for dinner. Being an old building, there is no elevator for its three floors. I am fine doing the stairs. The hotel states that people with difficulty climbing stairs may be placed on the ground floor.

It is very close to the Jewish Quarter and about two blocks from the Ploc Nowy, an open air market surrounded by great restaurants and bars. It also has many street vendors selling food. On the weekend it was a lively place full of energy. It also had a lovely restaurant with an outdoor courtyard. And the staff was very kind and helpful. It was also very clean and full of old world charm. I was traveling alone and it was not a problem, but the room was very small, the bed had maybe 10 inches of space on either side from the wall.

It was in great area for every thing you need to get to Nothing

The localisation of this place is just amazing. In the middle of Kazimierz district, very close to great restaurants. The staff there is super nice and helpful. They did everything they could to make my stay there a great experience. I highly recommend this place and for sure I will come back there whenever I have a chance.

The room was very clean and spacious! The hotel has such a cosy vibe about it in general especially as Christmas time, I couldn’t recommend it more. Great location walking distance from most things!
