Gorgeous room, beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable, tasteful. Parking for a bigger car is quite a challenge in the confines of the small garage

Gorgeous hotel with stunning views. Walking distance from attractions (not close but not too far). Easy taxi ride. The staff were wonderful and the hotel is beautiful. Very relaxing get away. We got a massage in the room that was very relaxing. The room has strange night lights that would not turn off. It drove me nuts. The staff said it is a common complaint and nobody can change it. The fridge was broken but we did not realize until afterwards. I am sure the staff could have fixed it. It was still a beautiful place. Nowhere is perfect. The broken fridge was unfortunate.

I couldn't got the chance to eat at hotel's restaurent. May be next time. There is a grossery shop on the same street. Very close to downtown. Toilet and shower were saperate. Was quite challenging when you are along with friends?.

The hotel looks new and is pretty close to old town with a tram and bus station also nearby. Easy to access from the airport without having to switch buses. Good breakfast, comfy beds, friendly staff, nice location overall. The bathroom's design is a bit unusual. The sink was next to our bed, the toilet and shower were in separate rooms with a window in-between.

Super comfortable and better than we expected, Lovely air conditioning kept us nice and cold in the hot weather and the bath was lovely and spacious, Will definitely be back when we’re in Kraków again The shower head in the walk in was quite dirty and covered in limescale so we avoided the shower room

Value for money is good, we paid 70eur for the standard room and it was worth it, but don't expect a luxury experience, there is nothing luxury about this place except for the furniture and the style. AC Can't be left on when you leave and when you come back to the room it seems like sauna. The hot water pressure of the shower was too low, we asked for it and a lady came to the room and told us it was normal, absolutely incredible and impossible to understand. We were not able to make a shower and it seem like they did not care or that was normal. Breakfast was really low end level for a 4 star hotel, there were no labels on the food so you will not know what you pick or if there are any allergens present. We booked a couple massage in the morning of our anniversary day asking for a male and a female to treat me and my wife, everything confirmed, in the end two womans showed up to our door, we refused to do it, contacted the reception and again, they apologised but seems like don't care about, they did not gave us a discount or something to apologise, just 'we are sorry'. Definitely not a 4 star service.

Breakfast was good and versatile.... but my husband asked couple time gluten free bread, no-one told him it wasn'n available... he bough own breads... There were the extra strong smell of perfume... we were suprised because the hotel was otherwise wery clean and comfortable.

The bed and room was Aboustley fantastic. The few from are room was perfect as we could see wawel castle from it. It would have been better if they used one big duvet for the bed instead of two sperate duvets. Also there was a lot of noise on the 5th floor on our final morning we were awoken with loud banging and noise of furniture being moved
