Palikām vienu nakti pirms brauciena uz Polijas dienvidiem. Kopumā numuram nebija ne vainas. Brokastis fantastiskas! Bērnam patika, ka pats rotējošā pannā var izcept vafeles un pēc tam tās izdekorēt ar našķiem! Iespējams, lielākā broksastu izvēle kādu esmu redzējis! Katrs savai gaumei atradīs ko piemērotu! Tiešām garšīgi! Vakarā turpat restorānā var paēst vakariņas līdz plkst. 22:00. Viesiem pieejama neliela sporta zāle. Pozitīva pieredze! Par stāvvietu tik tālu no centra jāmaksā 60 zloti vai apmēram 14 EUR (tas nebija pārsteigums, par to ka stāvvieta ir maksas var izlasīt viesnīcas aprakstā). Logs nebija atverams, bet temperatūru istabā var regulēt ar kondicioniera palīdzību. Bet lielākais mīnuss laikam bija tas, ka vannas istabas bīdāmās durvis grūti bīdījās. Bērns bez palīdzības nevarēja attaisīt/aiztaisīt. Es ieteiktu salabot vannas istabas durvis.

Great room, big and comfortable, good mattress, fabulous breakfast and helpfull staff. A bit far from tram station but not a problem even during night.

cozy rooms very nice swimming pool breakfast could be a bit longer. Kids corner is small and overcrowded. You need to pay a fee to go to the pool. Parking is also paid extra - so such costs add up quickly.

Room was spotless, breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. My child had fun in the playroom with other kids.

Our stay at the hotel this year was disappointing. I received a direct message from Hilton confirming our reservation and informing me that I would receive 2,000 points, as we had booked two rooms. However, when I tried to address the matter at the reception desk, I was told they could not handle it and was referred to the Hilton Concierge — who, unfortunately, was unavailable both in the morning and in the evening. As for the hotel itself, it was completely overcrowded, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Guests had to wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator to the 4th floor, and breakfast was especially problematic due to the lack of space. The breakfast serving area is very small and does not match the hotel’s capacity. We will never return to this Hilton in Kraków.
