The Hotel Ester is one of my favorite places to stay in Kraków. The rooms are very large which is nice when traveling in pairs or with friends. I love being on the main square in the historic Jewish quarter. The staff is always so helpful. I have stayed here many times. There was no longer an outside seating area and music; perhaps it was too early in the season, but I missed the music.

It is a small family owned hotel. You get to know the staff. The receptionist was professional, intelligent, helpful, and addressed my concerns and requests for information about Kazimierz. If she didn't know something, she searched for the answers. Also, there were several hot days. There was an individual air conditioning unit that I could control. It was a nice surprise

Beautiful building in an excellent location N/A

Location in the Jewish Quarter was convenient, staff very friendly and helpful with arranging tours and adjusting our reservations as flights changed and we added friends to the trip. It's an old building, hallways are narrow and lighting in the hall are on motion sensors that were not always responsive. Rooms are small. Could use refreshing.

Great location. Very clean room. Helpful staff. Nothing

Super helpful and friendly staff, within walking distance of main sights and restaurants, and a lovely, comfortable room. Nothing

Rooms are nice and very clean. But, this is not a four star hotel. In particular, the breakfast buffet was very limited, barely a three star hotel. Note that the last floor has no elevator access. Staff was very helpful.

Perfect location, nicely decorated. Responsive staff. Lot’s of space in our room. Warm and clean. Could be updated with nespresso coffee, and could use extra bedding
