Вже вдруге тут спиняємось у Кракові, коли подорожуємо. Це неймовірно комфортний готель для тих, хто цінує тишу, гарний сніданок, і кому важливо мати завжди доступне паркомісце, бо подорожує автомобілем. У номері є кондиціонер, чайник. Сніданок дуже ситний. Місце для парковки авто бронювати заздалегідь не треба, місць завжди вдосталь.

Most important - comfortable matresses, pillows, white bedding. The room was big and clean. I had an issue with hair dryer - it was fixed asap. Breakfast is super good and every morning they change something a litle bit. Great staff and good service for 3 star hotel. We allways find space for parking. Location is good if you arrive with car. Also it is easy to go to the center with tram. The hotel is not brand-new, bet it was more than enenough for overnight.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, all you can ask for. Easy travel to city center by Uber or Taxi, highly recommend

- good breakfast - they clean the room daily and new towels - very good location, the tram is in front of the hotel and goes directly in city centre - friendly stuff - late checkout and for check in they let me in at 13:00, I appreciate that -very clean - LIDL, McDonalds amd KFC, all ~3-4 mins by foot

Good hotel for one night stay when you travel through Krakow with everything you can expect for budget price. Electric kettle in the room. Good choice in breakfast buffet. Rooms need renovation, stains on the carpeting looks not nice, you do not want to walk with bare foot on it. Somebody's long black hair on the bed, torn and worn blanket cover also spoils impression of hotel. No normal juice for breakfast, "orange drink" is terrible. No fridge in the room.

Its very near to city center. Tram stop is close and it takes 15 mins to reach the main center of Krakow. The room is modest, not beautiful, but comfortable. It has even a kettle inside. Sheets and towels are old. Breakfast was rich and good. The price of stay was great. From my bed I couldn't see the TV as it was just above me.

Polite personnel, helped us with early check-in due to the fact that we had flight early in the morning. Breakfast included which is pretty good, with a few options to choose from. Rooms are clean. Tram station to city centre is very close. Not as a complaint, furniture is a bit dated but functional. Also tram noise can be heard, but it's not that bugging.

Breakfast was ok with plenty to choose from. There is a parking place at the hotel that you need to pay, but is not much. small rooms

The front desk, Karol was so awesome, very helpful and informative! He should get a raise or promoted. Lots of noise. The walls are thin.

Hotel was kept clean, tidy and rooms cleaned daily. Food was amazing and plenty of it.

the breakfast was nice, there isnt a whole lot of variety, but what they have is very tasty, is buffet style so you can eat as much as you want. The room and bathroom are ok, and the bed is comfortable. The location is easy to reach with public transport, but there isn't much around to do, you will probably have to go to the centre if you want something to eat.
