Hotel Kościuszko

the hotel overall was very charming. Front desk staff was very helpful. The restaurant staff seemed to be unfriendly and did not ask if there was anything else we needed or just engage at all. Bedrooms did not have enough space to store clothes. Not enough hangers and no drawer space

As it was a wedding in the restaurant I waited drinks for 20min and did not get

The walls are very thin. This didnt bother us that much given its a small hotel and there wasnt mych noise. Any noise however couldve been heard from our room. What truly bothered us and kept us up were the sheets. They seemed to be polyester. We woke up in the middle night sweaty and were unrested for the trip.

There was a wedding in the hotel and there was a loud music till 3AM in the middle of the night and it was very hard to sleep since we heard the music all the night

The staff went out and above to make sure you enjoyed your stay. They were really nice and helpful, and everyone spoke English as well. They had parking, comfortable beds, good breakfast, a restaurant that is open until 22 (10 pm.). We can truly only have highlights. We asked for a gluten free breakfast, and they remembered this even when we ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The location is easy to approach. We went into the wronf building first. Almost identical looking, 20 meters apart. It was a little embarassing. There are a few cars on the nearby road are quite loud when the window is open. This issue was simply solved by closing the window.

The hotel is quite beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We are vegans and they did their best to meet our needs with the breakfast.

Great location outside of the city, but it's near a metro stop, with metros running regularly.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely hotel. Reception staff where really friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Would have benefited from having a smart tv in the room to allow for Netflix and amazon prime ect as tv only had freeview in Polish and you couldn't cast onto it from a smartphone. I wasn't to keen on the food in the evening the one time we ate in and the breakfast was OK. Overall though I really enjoyed my stay, very clean and tidy and it was about a 30-40 minute walk from the city centre which allowed us to have a decent walk into the city each day. The hotel where great in organising the pick up from the airport and gave the details to book our trip to auschwitz which was very well organised. Thank you for making our visit to krakow a memorable one.

Lovely hotel & facilities, great breakfast, clean. Fantastic stay in a lovely area. Staff do try to offer the more expensive options to get around but easy to get to the centre & airport.
