Fantastic location, friendly helpful staff and very clean everywhere drink making facility in the room would be useful - there was a drinks lounge which was free but had to go down two flights of stairs if you wanted an early morning cuppa. also a bit brighter lights and easily accessible plugs by the bed would be good. all minor issues as the hotel is great.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from the main Square yet on a very quiet street . Breakfast nice variety. Staff accommodated my requests about room choice on a lower floor. Hotel has class and elegance. Nice staff. Nothing

Wyśmienita lokalizacja – kilka minut spacerem od Sukiennic, a jednocześnie hotel znajduje się w cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Śniadania smaczne z dobrymn wyborem. Spory pokój z łazienką - przytulny i dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łózko - wszystko pod reką. Ekspress w oranżerii zamiast czajnika w pokoju - dla nas na plus. Nie mamy zastrzeżeń zupełnie.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city centre, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. There is also a lovely park just a short walk away, which was a great place to escape the heat. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. On the two mornings we had to leave before breakfast because of our trips, the staff kindly prepared lunch boxes for us. Our room was comfortable for two people, and the air conditioning was much appreciated in the hot weather. We also liked the free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate machine on the first floor. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay.
