Staff and location. I had a room on the ground floor near the reception. Was a bit loud sometimes. I there were to build in a floor separation this would help immensly.

Room was a bit small but comfortable.

Unfortunately for us, this hotel was extremely poor in every respect. We tried to pay in advance, and although the money left our account and we provided proof of payment, the hotel staff refused under any circumstances to acknowledge that the payment had been made. We contacted our bank, which confirmed that the transaction had gone through without any issues. In the end, Booking.com had to request a refund so that we would not have to pay twice. We considered it an unfortunate situation and decided not to change our reservation to another property. We traveled by car and had a long, tiring journey, so we asked if we could check in one or two hours earlier than the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. Our request was denied. When we arrived and completed the check-in formalities, I was required to pay before seeing the room, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The room was so small that I would barely consider it suitable even as a single room. Even the bed was, I believe, no wider than 140–150 cm. The mattress was excessively soft, and both my husband and I suffered significant back pain throughout our stay. We could hardly turn over in bed, and we are both quite small people. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but all that happened was that the sheets were straightened. The towels in the bathroom were not replaced, and we were not given any additional toilet paper. Not to mention the incredible cold we had to endure and the dreadful window facing the hotel's interior corridor. Our view consisted of two boiler units and some walls. I do not believe this property deserves the number of stars it claims to have. What makes matters worse is the staff's superficial friendliness, which was accompanied by a complete lack of empathy for the considerable discomfort we experienced. Our stay was very unpleasant. I would recommend that Booking.com reassess this property, as it is nowhere near what it should be.

Very friendly staff, super location

Nothing really, a very easy place to like.
-
excellent. Just what I wanted 4th floor rooms are not recommended. The others are excellent

Location was perfect proximity to old town plus some of the larger Zabka and larger shops adjacent to old town. Rooms were clean, rain fall shower was clutch, staff super friendly. The auto opening front doors were a nice touch. TV was a little finicky to get Netflix going.

Great location, amazing breakfast. Room was small but adequate with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was a little small for the price, but overall a good value. The room was very small, but with just me staying for one night, it was ok.

The toilet in our room was a little wobbly.

Very good location, close to the main square. Breakfast was also very good and staff is very friendly. Upon arrival to my room, it turned out the floor was dirty. I informed receptionist who came and started sweeping the floor (???). I was also told that SPA is under renovation and not opened. The price however didn't change and there was no information before arrival about it. On Sunday morning before 7am, fire alarm went off and all hotel guests went out in pajamas. It was cold and rainy. I wouldn't say its 4 star hotel but rather 3 max or 2.5.

Good location, nice staff!

Hotel in the centre of the Krakow

The location was fantastic, just a short and direct walk to the historical square. The room was spacious, comfortable, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated. It’s perfect for a vacation stay, not just a few days. The generous breakfast is a great value and won’t break the bank. Received a parking ticket just minutes after parking right in front of the hotel — definitely not cool! Alternative parking was arranged flawlessly at right across the street parking garage, but not mandatory.

Great location, very nice and comfortable hotel, super clean and very helpful staff. that’s is my hotel in the list where I want to come back to when in Krakow ?

We liked everything.

I loved staying here and would definitely come back! I usually skip breakfasts at hotels since I prefer to sleep in but their breakfast went until 10am and was worth getting up for. Staff are very nice and helpful and the whole place looked very clean and it's a great location with plenty of restaurants around and close to the old town.
-
Location easy to find and easy to get to from the train station. Spacious showers and rooms big enough. Great communication with front desk staff, very helpful and kind! Breakfast buffet understaffed (1 person on shift) resulting in delays both with cleaning, plate rotation and replenishing warm dishes (including coffee machine). Breakfast btw could be served from 7.00 am, not 7.30.

The breakfast was not what I expected, and the food lacked flavour. The room we were allocated was just behind the check-in reception and we heard people and the clack clack of computer keys often during each night

Excellent location. Ten minute walk to the old town centre, twenty-five to train/bus station. Also, a very good full breakfast included every morning.
