A bit stuffy room design. Could use some refurbishment, but may be the "arty" character (?). Spa facilities only at additional cost. Location not too ideal. Bike rental was somewhat expensive.

The spa is little boring, the gym is the smallest one i have ever seen

Nice, quiet location. Close to nature walks as well as the center of Krakow. Drab, outdated decor and fixtures.

Room has a very dark brown carpet with some stain spots on it, shower curtain was old with soap scum on the bottom and shower is missing a shelf to put a soap, shampoo etc.

+clean rooms with service and equipment +comfortable bed +considering city centre private & public parking right front of hotel, i had long sedan & newby driver, private parking entrance a bit scared me so i went with public parking +we had 1 hour sauna & massage for couples, satisfied +elevator +location: 5 - 10 min walk from castle&old town and hotel is next to the river yet still you can consider hotel area as quiet +We didnt have breakfast included so we paid at morning but it was worth it, good options

The hotel is not 5 star, more like an average to low 4 star. Breakfast buffet was very simple, not what someone would expect of a 5 star hotel. Rooms were decent, but rather outdated. Shower didn't close anymore. Beds are rather soft.

The vanilla spa was excellent, me and my wife booked in for a couples massage and it was incredible. As was the quality of the food I ordered from room service. ?

Lovely boutique style hotel. right on the river front with a short walk to the city centre. Food was lovely and spa on site. Overall a lovely stay. nice balcony in the restaurant overlooking the river. Not a lot really. rooms could probably do with a refresh but were clean and comfortable.
