The room fully matched the photos. Both visually and in terms of design, it looked beautiful. I would especially like to highlight how clean it was. The mattresses were comfortable, and the room included bathrobes, which was a very nice and convenient touch. I also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was tasty and served efficiently. Another major advantage of the room was the balcony with a small table, which was a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening or enjoy a coffee or tea in the morning. During the hot weather, I also appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold. The room was very stuffy and had an unpleasant stale-air smell. The windows do not have mosquito screens, so opening them in the evening means there is a high chance of mosquitoes getting into the room. In addition, the windows and balcony face a busy street, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open because of the noise from nearby bars and restaurants. Although there is a fan in the room, it does not solve the problem. Air conditioning is really needed.

The location was good. The rooms were clean. There is no bar/restaurant, they charge you for breakfast, but they don't tell you that you get vouchers for a cafe next door. This cafe has a VERY limited menu, so if you would like some butter for your bread, an extra cup of coffee or tea, a second slice of bread or juice, they charge you extra. We had to pay for breakfast twice every day to actually get enough food. We went to a brilliant buffet restaurant across the street. When you book two rooms that are meant to be the same, they are not. One is big and spacious, the other one is small as hell, but they both cost the same. The view is either straight into someone's room across the street or a wall Book somewhere else

The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in was extremely easy, and the hosts were always quick to reply on WhatsApp — literally in seconds. They were consistently kind, helpful, and very accommodating, even with checkout times. Overall, the service and communication were excellent. The bathroom, and especially the bidet, could have been cleaner. Aside from that detail, my overall stay was pleasant.

Bathrooms are pretty small and uncomfortable, hairdryer basically didn't work and the heating disn't work as well.

Perfect location. Cheap. No staff but always avail quickly via WhatsApp. Would stay there again. Shower was small. No AC but wasn’t too uncomfortable at all.

Beautiful clean and spacious room with added bonus of having a balcony

The location of the hotel could not be more perfect and the room was very pleasant and clean with comfortable beds and bathroom. We had a problem with the tv which was promptly sorted out by a nice staff member. We would be more than happy to stay at the Shalom again. The room was a little hot, but on the plus side, you can open the windows, and overall l prefer this to air conditioned rooms with sealed windows.

Great location, spacious room on top floor, free bottles of mineral water every day, fridge, very clean and very comfortable bed. Someone would have gained access to room if we hadn't been in and manually locked door - new guests had been given both our room number and code to our door. This woke us up aftet midnight and I had to open door to explain this wasn't their room. Messaged hotel via WhatsApp and they immediately replied and were very apologetic but the fact remains that if we had been out the new guests would have got into our room.

Very convenient Bit tight in space / mostly toilet

Because there is no one staffing the front desk at night, or security, a bunch of loud and drunk guests are able to come in late, be extremely loud and prevent sleep.

I liked the style of the place, and the location is excellent. Nice view from the room. Quiet location with great food and cafes near by. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. I booked the cheapest option. The room I booked was so small there was just enough room for the bed and a small armoire. We were stepping over our suitcases to get around the room. I am sure there are other rooms in the hotel that are more spacious. No staff at the desk. All help through WhatsApp communication. Functional but very impersonal. I was glad when I loved to a hotel where there were staff on duty round the clock.

Location for all city tourism, but quiet and comfortable Nothing

The location was great, and the online check-in was very convenient. The room was a bit hot, although the temperature in March wasn't more than 16°C.

Clean. Great location. Responsive reception. Breakfast was good but offer restricted to set menu. Odd that tea and coffee making facilities are in room but there is no milk?

Very good for one night, a clean and nice room, all the essentials for a short stay, good location, independent settlement. It was a bit cold to sleep, but as I was alone in the room with 2 beds so I took the second blanket.
