Good location and beautiful interior. Very good staff. The room was too small and hard to open the luggage.

The breakfast was amazing, the location is very good, because its only 10 15 mins walk from the old town.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean and cosy. breakfast is a bit pricey, so we decided to skip it and visit local cafes instead - so not really a problem

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything was splendid. Weronika greeted me when I checked in and we talked about the art in the hotel. She was very kind and friendly. I got to my room which was much bigger than I expected. It had a couch and seating area. The skylights were great and I really appreciated Arick helping me with the opening of the windows and closing of the blinds on my first night. The bathroom was huge with a gorgeous tub which was perfect for luxurious bubble baths! ? The breakfast was wonderful with made to order eggs Benedict and omelettes too. They had some sweet little glass jars with tuna paste and eggs mixes and a variety of items to choose from. Max was very sweet by getting me my Frizzante in the morning and providing great service. Victoria was very pretty with her white eyeshadow and lovely smile. Her service in the breakfast room was great too. I really was very touched by the hand written note by Magdalena that was left in my room along with a tasty dessert. That was so thoughtful and generous. Thank you all for making my stay so wonderful. I'll definitely be back! The only thing was the fact that it was impossible to have a shower. The tub was magnificent, but you couldn't stand to have a shower as you would knock your head on the wall. There was no water pressure and I had to bend down in the tub and wash my hair under the tap.

Everything was nice. The hotel was luxury and met with our expectations. The staff was friendly and very supportive. The room was too small and not matching the size mentioned in the booking website

The hotel is generally beautiful and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful No baggage service available. The rooms are small, and the presence of two chairs made them even more cramped. Lack of bidets.

the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was nice. staff were friendly and helpful. perhaps a 1.6km walk each way to the city center, if you skip the tram. Some street noise, despite closed windows from the running trams within the room

Property was fantastic unfortunately the maid cleaned the room one day and decided to leave the door wedged open all day while we were out . Luckily nothing was stolen just felt uncomfortable that anyone could have walked in.

Lovely stay, rooms decorated beautifully and comfortable. Staff super lovely and helpful. Would definitely return.

Central hotel , staff amazing, fabulous customer service, great value for money

The rooms were very clean. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and polite. Didn't think the breakfast was great, but that was just my preference.

Hotel has a nice modern design and is very clean. The staff at reception are lovely. Room is too small and too compact. The mini-bar fridge was locked and not switched on. Breakfast stands not fresh. However cooked breakfast is very nice.
