Instructions on how to enter the room were clear. I didn't have high hopes as it's a hostel, so I won't comment on the faciluties. Tge worst thing was the uncleanliness: sheets were stained and they smelled really bad. I tried to cope with it, but eventually I ended up cutting my stay short with 2 days for not getting any sleep due to the smell of the sheets and blanket, and really being scared of bedbugs - I haven't seen any and I checked every night, but still, only that thought was enough for me not to sleep.

Phenomenal hostel. I got the private room with bathroom. Kitchen downstairs for cooking snd a table for eating. Easy self check in. 3 minute walk from the tram and trains that go to old town and beyond. Free parking in private lot across the street. No elevator.

Heater limit was pre-set, which was not enough to heating the room for comfort level

This is an old building that only meets basic hostel standard. Our room was not nice like the pictures show. The private bathroom looks like it is year 1990. Maybe other rooms are better looking.

No hot water in early morning. No towel. Call number stated on the reception door as availble 24hrs but never got answered.
-
Uncomfortable bed, no towels, a bit cold in the room, sockets are badly placed..
-
Too much noise from neighbours. Wifi was rather poor. You had to be careful not to get burned by the tap water.
-
Cold water in the shower, no towels when they informed the towels were provided. Hot water and towels at least.

Quiet and comfortable place with good price. The toilet door lock is broken

It was away from the crowded area I think it was very expensive for what it was offering. The room needed some maintenance, it wasn't so clean (there was an underwear behind the heater) and the temperature inside the room was low.

Good

Super rude polish people staying as guests, no effort to share the space with others. The kitchen was always full of these people, everything a bit dirty and not well equipped. The bathroom door didn't close and the room's floor was also kind of dirty.

Location, responsibility from the staff. There is not something significant.

- It was close to the city center - Ok if you're on tight budget but want room for yourself - You retrieve the room key from key box outside, so you can arrive anytime - As the name suggests, everything is old (from the squeaking floor, to the uncomfortable bed) and not exactly clean - There are some bugs in the pipes (Lepisma saccharina) and some bigger spiders make webs on the windows. Sometimes they come in for visit, if you leave the window open. - There wasn't enough toilet paper, bring your own - Toilet had trouble flushing my... ehm... you can guess what.
