I don't like this. Why is there no breakfast?

I am leaving near by and it was the cheapest place at that time for my old dad visiting his granddaughter… that’s it food, cleaning, bed, air conditioning…. But the worst is the impolite stuff at reception, especially with foreigners…. Young people that work there I don’t know why… It seems like they're there to do you a favor… when in general “the client is always right”.

I have stayed here a number of times, because the hotel is close to my place of business, and I have always experienced excellent service, clean rooms and great WiFi. I look forward to staying again!

This is a convenient and cheap hotel for my needs as it is located near to my friends rather than in Krakow centre. It’s easy to get to the centre on the bus or by Bolt Hotel is good, I rarely eat breakfast here so can’t comment. Beds are comfy and everything you need is provided. Staff are alway super helpful. I’ve stayed here 6 times. Rooms do need a better clean, room floor are carpet so sometimes have dusty edges and bits that a quick housekeeping clean doesn’t pick up.

An extremely disappointing hotel. There are only a few positives: a supermarket next to it, a bus stop within a 3-minute walk, and a 12:00 check-out. The hotel barely deserves 2 stars; I have no idea by what criteria it got 4 stars. It is unreasonably expensive. On the first day of my stay, the only available receptionist spoke very poor English—I had to translate my questions into Polish using ChatGPT. The room is tastelessly furnished, with thin, poor-quality pillows, a worn-out mattress, an unstable and weak Wi-Fi connection, and somewhat low water pressure in the shower. The window can only be opened in tilt mode, and you even have to climb onto the bed to open it. They do not respond to messages. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to extend my stay in Kraków, so I booked this hotel just one day in advance. They did not reply for more than 10 hours regarding early check-in or late check-out. I had to repeat my request—still no response. In the end, someone from my previous hotel had to call them; only then did they respond, and later also on the platform. By then, it was far too late for me to arrange an early check-in. The location is far from the city center; although there are many bus lines, each individual line runs infrequently, typically every 20–30 minutes. The sidewalk near the stop is damaged, making it difficult to reach the hotel with luggage. The next day, there was a receptionist at the desk who spoke fluent English, which was a relief.

The staff was very friendly. Prior to our visit I had messaged the hotel about out son's specific dietary needs for breakfast. At the time of our stay they were great with showing us what options that were available in the buffet he could have and also made special eggs for him that he could eat. The best we have had in Poland when it comes to accommadating his specific diet. Other highlights were that our rooms were very large, good location, easy access to city by public transport and close to mall and shops, and of course water park next door. Only small complaint, on our last night there were children running in the halls at 11pm, but this only happpened one night, the rest of the time was very quiet.
