Location was great and they allowed us to have a late check out. First of all, they don’t provide you with towels. They make you pay for them after you check in (and cash only, so we had to go to an ATM just to bathe). It’s incredibly annoying and I’ve never experienced that anywhere else but whatever. It wouldn’t have been such a problem expect for the staff were nowhere to be found. We arrived late after a long flight. They told us reception is open from 11am-5pm daily. On day two of our stay, by 12pm there were still no employees there and we needed to shower. We had been waiting since the previous day. Messaged them on WhatsApp and booking, no response. Ended up showering and using a shirt to dry myself off. The following day, staff didn’t show up until 2pm for their 11am start time. Messaged them again regarding laundry, no response. We had to physically wait at the room for them to show up just to get basic amenities because they were so unresponsive and late. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. They were actually fairly responsive prior to our check in, then once we actually got there it was like pulling teeth to get in touch with them. It is completely ridiculous that we had to sacrifice time exploring Krakow because we had to wait for the staff to show up to work so we could take a shower and do laundry because they were impossible to communicate with.

The place was clean and smells good. Even the toilets are clean and odorless Beds were very squeky and when the person sharing the bed is moving, you could hear the sound. The beds were also old and concaved from the multiple usage.

Communicating with the manager seemed a bit challenging after we arrived. But when we were able to reach them they were always very courteous!

The location and it had everything a traveller needed nothing

No space for guests, the bedrooms should have a courtine to give some privacy to each guest,

This was an interesting place. There are numerous codes and keypads required to access the building and the room. It was very, very clean. The hostel was conveniently located next to the square and a tram stop, making it very easy to get around and see the sights. There are many different places to eat and shop. The place is also very clean. I couldn't remember all my codes at first. I saved them, though. I wish that there was an area with couches, just a place to chill when you weren't out. Someplace other than the kitchen or your room. very minor detail.

Very center! Lovely and helpful staff. Comfy rooms at toilets. Gives instructions prior arrival. Stayed here twice! One metro ride from the airport walking distance to the hostel. Nothing

The floors were so squeaky, late night it's so easy to wake people up.
-
Very central, close to everything Not very isolated doors, we could hear a lot of noise and it wasn’t very clean. Furniture basics and small beds. You have to pay for the towels

The location of this hostel was extremely close to the Main Square, along with being close to Gry i Karty (a hobby store I recommend for anyone into TCGs of various games). The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and I appreciate her assistance. Also even before checking in, the host's SMS was clear, so I had no issues with the checking in process. The facilities were clean, water hot. The beds all come equiped with plus and outlets (with USB ports as well). They even have bed lights that are not to bright to disturb the peace of other people in the room. And the lockers were big enough to fit your luggage and then some. Overall, a very nice spot and I recommend for anyone staying in Krakow for a day or two...or three lol. I don't have anything to report that I didn't like. I will warn that you will be staying in the city center, so it can be rather noisy at night. In addition to this, you will hear the trains rumbling down the street and traffic flowing. For me, I have no problems with the small sounds because I am a city boy, but if you are looking for 100% quiet...I'm just giving you a heads up.

Good location, acceptable bathrooms. Poor communication by staff, they did not tell me the code to get in on check-in. Also, there were no rules or staff to enforce them. Obnoxious, drunk tourists would barge in at 2 am and put all the lights on when I had to be up early for a trip. Otherwise, there would be people snoring or farting or being a nuisance. Also, the tram is incredibly loud outside and it got incredibly hot.

Very clean , good internet Some noise from the tram in the night.

Everything was very clean and new. They were great at messaging in advance about check in information It took us a while to find the WiFi info on the back of our door. It would have been nice if they had included it in the message they sent about how to check in.

No 24 hour reception meant when I showed up later than expected due to circumstances beyond my control, I couldn't get into the building ... or the apartment ... or my room. There were roadblocks every step of the way and nobody to help. The overall place itself isn't very social or comfortable but my real issue was that I needed a code to get into my room and yet the staff failed to give me either the room/bed number or the code. All in all, I almost had to snag a leftover sheet from the bin and sleep on the hallway floor. The only reason I did not have to do that was that a nice traveller took pity on me and allowed me to stay on an extra bed he had in his room. This seems like a hostel created by people who have never been in hostels

Phenomenal staff service and friendliness. Good kitchen, good security setting.
-
Yes good bit of noise during the night as the hostel is next to the tram station. However still sleep well.

Nice location near old town, thank you

Great central location, easy to access, good facilities. Slightly noisy at night but also right near center so, to be expected.
