Finger Guest Rooms

Finger rooms located in very center of the Krakow. Very good transport availability. There are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants In that area. Mattress in the bad could be better. It is definitely needs to be changed. Pillow also could be better, but they are quite descent. All other thing are great.

Location.

The location was excellent with easy access to public transportation including bus and tram stops as well as the train and coach stations. The room was spacious and the twin beds were wide enough for two people, making them very comfortable. We also appreciated the refrigerator, which worked very well and was especially important because we had medication that needed to be kept cold. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The wardrobe only had two hangers, which was definitely not enough. There was also no towel rack or hook near the shower, making it inconvenient to keep towels within reach. During our four-night stay, there was no housekeeping service (not even to empty the trash bin). We also encountered the cleaning staff once, but she didn't acknowledge us at all, which felt a bit awkward and unwelcoming.

We liked that the rooms were equipped enough for day to day living. There was a fridge, small spoons, cups, cattle and iron. Everything was clean, prepared and cozy. And it’s a wonderful location close to the main train station and the old town square. Just some minor things: not functional lighting in a room hallway and that’s basically it.

The location of the hotel was good, it was easy to get around and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The owner did not respect our request for a room with two separate beds, which we had clearly mentioned when making the reservation. Although the booking was accepted, we were later told that no twin room was available. The owner even asked us to cancel the reservation without any refund, which was very unfair since our request had been made in advance and confirmed in the booking. Overall, it was a bad experience and we were very disappointed with the service. And there is no reception in this hotel.

Loved having larger beds for each of us. And it was so close to the train station!

The location is excellent and provides easy access to all attractions. The lack of air conditioning causes discomfort, especially during summer mornings when the sun rises, and being on the main road results in high noise levels, particularly at night.

I had an amazing stay at Finger guest rooms. The room is very spacious and super comfortable, with a great shower and even some basic kitchenware and a fridge. I loved the modern design and the cleanliness of the room. Impressive! Had a nice balcony as well. The location is perfect (just a few minutes away from the old town), the self check-in was smooth, easy and quick, and the WiFi worked great (I was able to do some work). Everything was great

There is no light in the corridors, upon arrival I turned on the flashlight to find the room. Not very comfortable mattress, thin and small blankets. Someone was smoking a vape in the room next to me and the room smelled bad.

Lovely apartment, very safe and easy to get into. Pub and food very close and 10 mins walk into town, 15 mins walk to train station.

Perfect location 5 min away from the central station and 10 min from the old town. Very warm room and a powerful hot shower were of great comfort these cold winter days. The mini-fridge is barely working. No bathroom accessories were provided except the hand soap.

It is a spacious room with a nice balcony and a well-heated bathroom right close to the city center. The WiFi connection was perfect, it is definitely sufficient for movie streaming. The parking space is very convenient and affordable. The hosts are very nice, friendly, approachable, and ready to cooperate. The walls are not super insulated, so you can hear the others quite clearly. There was only one towel per person (usually one would expect to have one for face and one for the body) and there was neither a shampoo nor a shower gel. Also one chair was wobbly and kind of broken and one lamp on the bedside table had a dim light. The pillows were not comfortable and the floor was cold.
