    - Polite and helpful staff who spoke good English. - Tasty and satisfying breakfast, with a decent variety of options, especially for such price per night (the only positive surprise) - Relatively low price and free parking zone, which could be appealing for budget‑focused travelers - Poor room conditions that did not meet basic comfort expectations. - poor WiFi speed - Oversized windows compared to the room size, creating a strong greenhouse effect. - No air conditioning, which made the room extremely hot => both early in the morning due to direct sunlight and in the evening because the heat accumulated throughout the day. - Ineffective curtains that were only partial and not blackout, causing the room to become bright around 5 AM. - Impossible to cool or ventilate the room properly, making staying inside genuinely unpleasant. - Dirty walls and signs of wear, which made me wonder whether I had simply been given the worst room in the entire hotel

Breakfast we liked only coffe. A doll inside the car wrapped up exept eyes who looked like a robber in the Hotel parking entry, that was the first terrible thing, we didn't find in Hotel free parking place, I went to ask on reception and they found me parking. Room was not easy to find, to use elevator in reception building and using coridor and stairs to go to other side of building. Room was with big winndows and we liked that, in generaly was very poor room. In the morning we go for breakfest, need to use stairs to go down stairs by walk, breakfest was very poor not many choices all kind meat was in the same place, we don't eat Pork meat and because of all types meats together in the same place we didn't eat meat. Need to go back upstairs by walking in fourth level with childrens, use other side building to go to elevator for going outside.

There was a lot of noise from other tenants and we had to go inform the staff, so that they would do something about it as they did not intervene on their own.

In a time when hotels were ditching interior doors, having the bed tucked away around two corners from the entrance was actually a smart, strategic move. It gave you privacy and a sense of separation from the hallway chaos. But the lack of proper curtains completely ruined it, making it impossible to sleep in once the morning light kicked in.

    Immaculately clean

I stayed at this hotel and honestly can’t recommend it. The room looked like it was left from Soviet times — unfinished construction, holes in the walls, exposed cables, everything felt neglected. Out of four windows, only two had curtains, so the room was practically on display the whole time. The “high-speed” internet was a joke. It was so slow I couldn’t even hold an online meeting, which caused real problems. The parking lot was packed with road-work vehicles, leaving no space for actual guests. What made the stay even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed interested only in getting the money, not in solving any issues or making the stay comfortable. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t return. I stayed at this hotel and honestly can’t recommend it. The breakfast was very delicious, and the quality of the accommodation was very good for the price. Nothing.

Reasonable price for Krakow. Breakfast included. Quiet and clean room. Overall nothing to complain if you want just to spend a night. Be careful with "Free parking" compared to Hotel size parking is way to small and you may need to search where to park a car and it can be hard in this part of the city.

The bathroom was missing basic soap, and the room curtains did not fully cover the windows."
