The Hotel Gappen consists of 2 buildings.It is a traditional, Tyrolean-style hotel in Kramsach in the Inn Valley. Everything were top notch. Liked the in-house restaurant for dinner! Every single person of the staff we met was very nice and helpful. Can't take the dog to the breakfast. So if your dog having problem to stay alone in the room, it might be a problem.

Nice hotel with good wi-fi and friendly staff. We were only there for one night. Room was OK the pillows a bit too soft for me but that's personal preference. Breakfast was very good and the best part for me was the amazing restaurant that they have behind the hotel. The food was very good All good maybe housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to the curtains rods....there were a few spiders

The room was clean and food in the restaurant was really tasty. If you are planning to stay with a dog I would not recommend this hotel. We left our dog for 20 minutes in the room and he barked a little, they did not call me, they just got into our room and took our dog away, leave him outdoor in the garden tied by a tree. Dogs are even not allowed in the breakfast room.

The room was very pretty, with a nice balcony. I had a problem with the payment and from the reception were very friendly and understanding to solve it. Breakfast was good. Very nice and comfortable garden. The double bed were 2 individual beds, and they couldn't be kept together, leaving a space between them. On a Sunday morning, the houskeeping lady knocked the door and came in 2 times, around 8am and 9.30am, it was annoying.
