Central Park Premium Hotel

The safety box had missing batteries I couldn't use it.

The pool and the location and the breakfast I was hoping it has its own beach access but it didn’t

Recommended to us everything to visit on this way our stay was not bored after we visit ksamil out of season.

Quite new and clean and big suite room It could have been 10 if atleast they have jaccuzi in one side of the pool or a heated swimming pool or maybe we arrive in wrong season weather because it was very cold and windy so we couldnt use the pool at all for 7days. Also, the breakfast has no variety or set of menu for atleast every 2 days, it has been the same options daily

New hotel all facilities and rooms are super clean and the staff was wonderful his name is Flao ?? Maybe the location ab bit far from center, around 10 min walk or even less.

Staff were incredible, visited for a birthday and they decorated the room with balloons and flowers. Modern vibe

The hotel was spotless and in a great location. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

The hotel was nice. It had two buildings - a newer one and an older one. We were in the older one which didn't have an elevator but the folks at the hotel helped us with our bags. The room was nice and comfortable. The airconditioner worked well (was important in the intense heat). The person at the reception gave us some good tips on where to visit the nicer beaches including a small stretch that was free of sun-beds - he even lent us a beach umbrella. The hotel had ample parking. Breakfast at the hotel was decent. The pool area was really great - our kids really enjoyed the pool a lot. Location-wise, it was fine - you could access several restaurants and a big supermarket after a 3-5 min walk. However, the main Ksamil beaches were a 15 minute walk away. The apartment had its quirks but the staff was prompt at helping us resolve whenever we had issues. Breakfast got a little repetitive and towards the last half hour of the breakfast slot, they would stop replenishing items.

The hotel is brand new, impeccably maintained and clean. The housekeeping staff are lovely and do an excellent job!! The location is great — within walking distance of Ksamil’s top attractions. The beds and linens are of high quality, and parking is hassle-free. The pool area simply cannot be used the most part of the day because the hotel’s build project shadow over the pool - which result in no-sun over the sunbeds and the water gets cold. For us, it was like if there was no pool. Additionally, the flooring around the pool was dangerously slippery. At breakfast, we missed something to keep the dishes warm — eating cold fried eggs was disappointing. Our room had two separate bedrooms, but only one was equipped with air conditioning, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect from the reception welcoming to the support during the stay , great place they will let you feel

It is still a very new Hotel so The facilities are in good condition. The pool was excellent and the room was nicely finished. Some towel rails in the bathroom would have been helpful

Great stay , new hotel and close to every thing . Dimo the young guy at the receptions helped a lot . The breakfast should be more varied and the coffee should be in differnt free kinds .

The location is very close to the main beaches. It’s quiet, nicely renovated, clean with new comfortable beds. It really needs a pool then it would be ideal.

We fell in love with the staff and the hotel instantly. The lady who checked me in was adorable and super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, so was the cup of coffee ? when we come back to this area we will be staying here again! It's not that we didn't like anything, but we had a rental car and it was a little tricky to find the entry for the parking but that may have been an us problem not the hotel problem!

Great stay- very perfect location close to downtown and beaches. Easy parking. Rooms as advertised and very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice staff and service!
