Divo Palace Hotel

we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and the impression is wonderful. First of all it has very cool location in Ksamil, strategically i would say its the best location in this city, will explain why - all beaches are located 5 min from the hotel so you dont have to carryout all the stuff with you when you go to the beach, this need to be free of luggage you understand only when you try to catch any free place on the beach - all beaches are occupied by local restaurants that charges 30-40 euros for the bed !!! but you can accesses to the sea without any problem, so when your hands free you enter any place. This hotel located in the middle of the restaurants and bars. this place has very reach nightlife, a lot of cool bars opens at the evening, we left or kids in the hotel and found nice bar under our balcony. in addition would say this hotel has good noise isolation windows so you almost dont hear any music from the outside. ( in any case all musics stops at 12:00 by the municipal law) very good breakfast. the rooms are big with comfy beds. very clean rooms, i was surprised how the staff were carrying about the cleanliness of this hotel, everything is shiny and clean. once my kids returned with the sand from the sea after few minutes i noticed the stairs were shiny again. i wish all places we had visited in Albania were maintained like that! the hotel manager have to update the Booking photos of the place - in real the hotel looks much better,

Really great hotel, with really nice view. Location is great, near to the beach(200m), restoraunts, bars(several of them in radius of 100m around the hotel). Literally everything is approachable by walk not longer than few minutes. Hosts and stuff were really helpful and polite. Hotel have private parking. Also garden and flowers were really nice. Everything was great. If we decide to visit this Ksamil in future, this will be place where we stay.

Hotel was very clean also it had everything we needed for the value of money. Location was good to go to the beaches and restaurants. Also we had a mini market right in front of the hotel.

An amazing place right in heart of Ksamil. Location is on a walking distance to the beach ⛱️ . Very clean on a daily basis. Also quite on a night so you can get a good sleep. Staff very professional. Polite and helpful.

Very central location, excellent facilities and friendly staff.

Good location, parking below, cleaning every day!

Very close to popular beaches, didn't need to drive. Staff were extremely friendly. No wifi in rooms, not much variety in breakfast and not the best quality & taste.
