Super close to the beach, literally a 3 min walk!! Breakfast was buffet style and very good. Lots of parking underneath the hotel and they had an elevator which helped with the heavy luggage!! The pool was awesome after a long day (only open until 6pm though). The staff was super nice and helpful!! You can hear the music from the clubs on the beach, pretty loud into the late night.

Could not take credit card payment at the time of our stay

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained, and the young woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, one experience with a staff member, Jerry, significantly affected our impression of the hotel. After returning from the beach to the pool one afternoon, Jerry asked if we wanted drinks. Some people in our group accepted, while others politely declined. Despite being told “no” multiple times, he continued to pressure members of our group to drink alcohol. When I repeatedly declined, Jerry began saying, “I hate you,” over and over. While it may have been intended as a joke, it made me feel very uncomfortable. It’s not appropriate for a hotel staff member to repeatedly say something like that to a guest, especially after they have already declined alcohol several times. The following day, Jerry was noticeably cold toward our group, which only added to the discomfort. This interaction put a damper on what was otherwise an enjoyable trip and left us with a much less positive impression of the hotel.

The property was very clean and updated. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was also AC in the room which was great after a day in the sun. The location was perfect as it was close to lots of beach clubs and restaurants within walking distance. The girl at the front desk was super kind and helpful. She was able to give us lots of recommendations and book our taxi when we were leaving. The hotel breakfast was great quality with lots of options. The staff were friendly, but at one point, it got to be too much. They like to have fun, but professionalism should be maintained with hotel guests. We were a group of 4 females and 1 male, and some of the staff were too pushy with the females. They were texting one female through the business WhatsApp consistently asking to meet up. One male staff member called the hotel room of the female’s room asking to meet up. Our second day at the pool, one male staff member was aggressively pushing us to drink even after being told no multiple times. Our last day there, it felt very tense and uncomfortable because we had told the staff members no to drinking the day prior and did not accept their invitation to go out. Overall, the interaction with the staff did make things uncomfortable, and as a female, it didn’t feel appropriate the way some of the staff behaved.

The hotel was lovely, and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants in the center. The hotel was nice, and the location was excellent. It was right next to the beach and the restaurants in the city center. The only downside was that the music was a bit loud at night. Also, payment was only accepted in cash; it would be better if credit card payments were available.

Great sea view, you can watch the beautiful sunset daily, but extremely loud at night with the night club nearby. The staff tried to gaslight us about the non-functioning AC for the first 2 days until they finally fixed it. The receptionist was rude and extremely unprofessional on several occasions.

The staff was literally exceptional. They made our stay the best stay we had in all of Albania. Anything that we needed, they made it happen. Jerry was our host and he was in contact with us before we ever arrived and took care of us the whole time. He even did our laundry for us since we were backpacking and didn't have enough clean clothes. The rooms were super nice and clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The breakfast was huge and so good. They have an awesome bar and pool outside as well. Your right there in the middle of town so you're a 3 min walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. We can't say enough good things about our time there. We didn't want to leave because we felt so taken care of and truly felt like we had a friend there. Would return anytime I come to Ksamil! Absolutely nothing.

Close proximity to the beach and restaurants Poor housekeeping…old towels placed back on the racks and not replenishing toiletries or glassware. Needed to contact reception regularly for everything.

Great location. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Clean as well. Less than 2 minute walk to Poda Beach We’re still setting up. Some facilities were not functioning yet.

This is a newly built hotel, still looks fresh and modern. The pool is nice. The breakfast was really good, mix of continental and local food, varied every day. The location was really great to go to the beach and to the city. The sound insulation is close to not exsistant and the beachclubs are blasting music till 1-2 AM, so we didn't have a single good night sleep.

The worker were amazing !!! Everyday smiling polite calm and patience I had break fast each day and I don’t eat meat and not kosher and the guy made me special food each day , for real I really recommend this hotel 100/100 Everything was good , even the view to the sea maybe only the room was like a bit bit bit small for the luggage to open it for the wide but it’s nothing compare for what we got

I don t have something negative to say besides the balconies. There is no privacy between rooms at all! Not pleasant but beside that nice hotel

A special thanks to Deana, who was incredibly professional and helpful — she assisted us with everything we needed, including bookings and local recommendations. Igli was always polite, respectful, and a true gentleman. And of course, Jerry was the heart of the place – warm, friendly, and made the best coffee we had during our trip! The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from all the major attractions, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Ksamil. Thank you, Azura team, for an unforgettable experience!

The pool was great. Jerry was fantastic. Location was perfect. Someone from the cleaning staff just walked into our room at 8:30am. We had the Do Not Disturb sign up. No knock or anything. Just walked in! Also the breakfast was ok. And the air conditioning in the room didn't get too cold.
