Nerium Hotel

Hands down best service ever !!! The girl in the reception area is so sweet and welcoming. Showed us everything that we need to know . Very well spoken in English and very kind to my kids . The rooms are elegant and well designed. The beds are very comfortable and the washroom is super clean and the water pressure is strong. It is very rare to find strong water pressure in the washroom. Congratulations Nerium for your staff . Nothing

There is a small pool available but we did not get to use it. Every room has a balcony with a stand for drying cloths which I found very useful. Also the balcony is big enough to be a comfortable place for a night snack . The positioning of the hotel is really good having 2 supermarkets nearby where you can buy refreshements at a reasonable price. The room has an AC unit which keeps it cool. Acces to the private beach is on a daily pay basis same as every other beach in Ksamil. There is a bad smell coming from bathroom drain so having the toilet closed and the ventilator going is a must. The cleaning stuff is a bit overzealous as it also organized our personal belongings which we left on the table ( i.e. makeup products, medicine, books)

The chlorine smell in the pool was quite strong.

The hotel was very clean. They cleaned the rooms daily and changed sheets every other day. The location is great as well. Our room was in the first floor and you could hear noises in the morning.

Modern apartaments, comfortable beds, good breakfast, all you need. Located in the middle of town, markets nearby, beach at 10 min walk.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere calm and relaxing. The breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared. The location was decent and the price reasonable. The parking was unsuitable and caused some inconvenience, especially during arrival and departure.

The family room we booked was absolutely beautiful except when we clicked on the room facilities it said a benefit of this room was it had a private swimming pool and a picture of the pool, which looked like a plunge pool on the balcony, they actually meant we had use of the hotel pool. I had messaged them to ask if they had actual steps down into the pool or just the ladder and and they replied that they did, however be warned they only have a ladder, which even a very fit man said it was difficult to get out of the pool. I will say that they did help me out to get plenty of swimming in as I am doing exercises in the water for rehabilitation after surgeries. The lovely receptionist organised free beach club access for the days we were there and the other receptionist organised a lovely driver to take us down each day which we had to pay for. So in the end it turned out ok, I did the exercise in the sea water. The Ladder is very difficult to use in the pool and although I could probably get in I would not be able to get out.

Everything! The staff was amazing, always willing to help, very clean, good breakfast, safe, definitely will come back some day! Nothing!

Exceptional

Everything was good I can’t complain

Super clean,good location. Nice pool and breakfast included. Room cleaned every day and overall a really nice stay at Nerium. Pillows very hard,water pressure in shower was intermittent and some mornings it was cold but I guess that was from so many people using it at the sane time.
