Poseidon Family Hotel Ksamil

Breakfast was same every day. From 08.30 to 10.00 is the breakfast, but if you come around 09.00 or 09.15 everythng was eaten and there was barely anything left to eat, on top of that the waiter tells you that you have come too late ?.

I was very pleased with my stay at Poseidon Hotel. The owner and staff are very kind, polite, and helpful people. The hotel is clean and very close to the beaches, and the breakfast is excellent. Thank you so much for everything.

Old hotel

Best thing I like about this facility is offering wonderful breakfast and location. Very easy to access and very close beaches and center of the Ksamil. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and turned on the air conditioning in our room before we even arrived, ensuring we had the ideal temperature. In other words, they prioritize guest comfort. Note: However, these factors definitely had a minimal impact on our comfort. My only real concern was the shower area. The hotel always had hot water, but there were no shower curtains, and the shower heads might need to be updated.

amazingly clean and spacious apartments, lovely shower and comfy beds. Very close to gorgeous beach. Super friendly staff and very nice bar/restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended !

The location was really good and the bedroom was very spacious. The bathroom had the sewer drain open, leaving a big hole on the floor and the shower was hanging on the wall.

Don't let the hotel name fool you. This is not a hotel. There is nothing to like about it except that it is close to the beach. It may be the worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life and I have seen really bad places. It is not possible to understand how Booking has accepted this place because it has the word Hotel in its name. During our 2-day stay, there was no hot water in our room. When we told the staff, they replied ‘the system is just like in your house’ (there is absolutely no such system in our house). Since the rooms were full, the water was not enough for everyone. My wife tried to talk to them once or twice but they sent her back shouting. They tried to cover the issue with bullying so that other customers would not notice. They rent the open car park to non-customers for a daily fee. They use part of the closed car park for washing clothes. The bathroom in the room is already from the 1970s. It was difficult to stay there because of the terrible smell in the bathroom. The cover of the air conditioner stands with 2 straws. As a result, let alone recommend it, I think it is a business that is wrong to be on the same platform with other hotels.
