It was clean. Good beds. Balcony. Location is on the top of the hill. You need a car to go to the beach, the hill is very steep.

By far the best accomodation we have experienced during our holiday in Albania. Clean, modern and comfortable appartment with spacious terrace and seaview above the roofs of Ksamil. Kind and professional owner and her family. We were highly satisfied there - that’s why we stayed 3 nights instead of one.

We found the hotel pretty easy to find, we just copied and pasted the address from booking.com upon arrival we were greeted by a young boy who checked us in and we met the mum shortly after. They didn’t speak much English but we didn’t really need to find much information from them so wasn’t much of an issue. The sunset is absolutely beautiful from this location and the hotel is nice and modern, room was very clean and smelt so nice! The town is about a 10 min walk downhill which was easy enough to find, just follow the noise! The hotel location was close enough for a stroll but away from all the noise which was nice as I like to sleep in silence. All in all a great property. Wasn’t the sea view I was expecting, we could see a smidge of the sea from our balcony and we were facing a construction site in the ‘double room with sea view’. Upon arrival I did think the description of the location was written wrong because it feels like your in the middle of nowhere but after walking to the town I didn’t feel it was a problem, but you’ll need a car to get to the hotel.

Great bed, functional bathroom. Really big balcony, we were able to see several fireworks show from there. Very nice staff. We didn't use it but the kitchen equipment looked completely functional and is a nice plus for longer stays. The toilet flush wasn't working correctly. The music was a bit loud in the building and was on for most of the day, but we forgot about it eventually.
