Hotel Villa Qendra

Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Location was good. They let us check in into the room before the time, ? It didn’t have a hairdryer in the room. When coming inside the room, it smelled not so good. The bathroom had not good ventilation.

The hotel is located in the centre of Ksamil, there’s a supermarket and a gas station and it’s very close to beach and pubs / restaurants. The room was clean and we could get housekeeping every day for 4 days. A/C and mini fridge were working well. The beds were comfy. There was a balcony in our room but it was dusty and we couldn’t use, which is understandable when we consider it’s on the driveway. But it was convenient to dry our towels and swimsuits. The breakfast was very good. Every morning they offer 3 types of eggs and pastries; two types of cheese, sausage, several types of jams, along with pancakes and croissants were offered every morning. We also ordered pizza for a dinner and pizza was also delicious and the topping was abundant. The pool was also good but when we used the pool it was almost evening and the outer parts of the pool were rather unclean due to unclean use of guests I assume. We arrived at night and while checking our reservation on the app we noticed that they had a new offer for the nights we’d stay which cost 100 euros less. We wanted to take that offer but they didn’t let us. Obviously we were stupid enough to make our reservation a week earlier and to pay 100 more to a triple room for the same nights. We didn’t even stay for 5 days, we arrived in the mid of night and left very early in the morning. I mean they could have at least offered something extra such as dinner or laundry etc. to compensate for our unpleasant feeling but they didn’t. So it is wise to make last minute reservations in this hotel to not feel stupid.

A lot stairs no elevator!

Kind staff, air conditioning, parking and breakfast. Proximity to shops and restaurants. Towels and beddings need better washing and some need replacement.

Big and comfortable bed, lovely room, good A/C. Good swimming pool area. The possibility of renting a towel at the swimming pool area would be useful

The staff were lovely, they waited for us when we had a late check in and they helped us get our bags up to the top floor, as there was no lift. The hotel was very clean with very big rooms and the pool area was lovely. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beaches and there are plenty of shops and restaurants very close by. The breakfast could be improved with more variety and on til 10/10.30am instead. Other than that we couldn’t fault it and loved our stay!

they had a private parking towels were not beeing changed just dried and hung back. In 5 nights not once changed the sheets! Breakfast is poor you need to be early or most of it is finished.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms in the apartment, one with double and single, sofabed in next room with table and chairs and kitchen with cooking utensils. Metal rollerblinds to keep the heat out. Very comfortable beds. Great selection at breakfast, eggs, sausage, fresh cut fruit and the kids loved the crepes with nutella and croissants. Pool was crystal clear and perfect for relaxing, open till 9pm and it lights up at night, but they didn't seem strict on closing time. Great location for beaches, restaurants and modern laundrette round the corner Aircon only in bedroom in the far corner, takes a long time to cool the room with the sofabed.

Great staff, very helpful, clean place, awesome pool! The pool time is not the best from 9 am to 9 pm, but we we still used it after and the staff was great!

The location was perfect, near the center and the beaches. The staff was amazing and super nice! The breakfast could have a little more diversity, but overall was very good.

It’s nearby to beach. It was heating inside.only one room have ac.they could have turn on to avoid the suffocating atmosphere.
