Location is perfect. Night club sounds inside of the room .

The location is the only right side for this property Two hands gonna be enough for how much things Wi-Fi is not available on the road. Property is a public property. Everyone can have entering the parking lot and the area of the hotel, drunk people people the one through to the street they used as as a public way to reach the destinations. Staff is very rude specially Alva she was very rude when we asked for a fresh towel after we get dirty one at the first night I forget that they don’t have 24 hours Desk in case if you have something like that and when we ask her for a fresh towel she said if we give you next day or not offer you a new one in a very, very rude way and breakfast is just below the normal actually it’s bad

It was clean The room had a moldy smell. It was very difficult to find as GPS does not take you there.

The staff was wonderful. Kind and professional TV was not working while we were there.

Friendly stuff The owners are hiding behind the anonymity of the booking platform and wouldn’t even try to find a solution for the noise and security risks of this place. At night the room was super noice with 80dB from the club next door. Also, the rooms are not safe as once you try to lock the balcony doors you can just push the locked door to the left and right and just enter through it. Oh and on top of everything just look at the speed test from the WiFi (photo)

The road until the hotel's parking lot is not asphalt. It was raining a lot when we got there, so this path was full of water. The bathroom had humidity stains on the walls.

Very clean airy rooms. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. decent location Our two-night stay was lovely overall, but the first night was disturbed by loud music from a nearby nightclub (Poda). Not the hotel’s fault, but worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise.

There's an incredibly awful beach nearby. Overall, we were very disappointed with Ksamil, which has been praised so much on social media. The coastline is full of gangs, the venues are incredibly poor quality, and the music is terrible and quite expensive. We booked a room with a sea view, but we were put in a ridiculous room on the ground floor. When we arrived, there was a huge ball of hair on the bathroom floor, and the music was blaring non-stop all day. I wanted to leave immediately. I had booked two days and immediately requested a cancellation and a refund. I decided to leave within the first hour. Within the first hour of arriving, I prayed for the end of the holiday I'd dreamed of, and left Albania via Greece that morning. Albanians are good people, and I won't let this disappointing experience spoil my opinion of them. I don't want to discourage anyone's interest or gain, but I also don't recommend this resort. Additionally, we knew there was no refund option when we made this reservation, but when I arrived at the property, I felt deceived. I'm sorry, but you need to reconsider your guest's requests. Beyond that, my advice to you is to learn how to navigate the situation and manage a crisis. You don't have that.

If you are travelling with a very young infant and want to put high to sleep it could be a challenge because the place is very close to beach clubs. The room is sound proof but from 10pm to 12 30am you can still hear the music from the clubs just a little bit

Elva and her mother were so kind. They were helpful when asking questions about the area and public transportation. The breakfast was made with love. This is not a luxurious spot but the homey feeling was that much better! It was right in front of a major beach club and the music was present at night but it didn’t bother us one bit as we were so tired from the day, we slept right through it.

The hotel staff are really kind, especially thanks to Elva for her hospitality.

Missing basic amenities

Nothing. It looks dilapidated and is more like a hostel than a hotel. Hotel staff was absent unless I called for both check in and check out. I did check out early because the lack of service and communication on the property were none existent. Of course they refused to issue even a partial refund, so I guess the joke is on me. Highly unprofessional!

There could be some water, tea or coffee for the guest.

Proximity to beaches and the view A little worn down

Nice and clean…staff really friendly. We stayed at the start of the season so everything just opening up. The hotel is nice and clean and well worth the money with breakfast included Nothing

Loved the view and how close it is to the beach. Also a really nice shower Only little thing was that there was a kettle but no cups or tsp to make tea/coffee with.
