Villa Rafail

The bed was as described. The couple assisted with a charger. The hot water was not working in the bathroom. The television was bad. I was terribly sick because I had dust allergy and serious flu. No hot water to have my bath. A lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Max 10 min walking distance to Paradise beach.Breakfast was amazing and hosts were very welcoming, we felt like a family in their house. In the vecinity were many restaurants with traditional food /fish or pizza.

Lovely family that runs the property. Breakfast was delicious and slightly different everyday we stayed. Good location near to shops, beaches and can park right outside the property.

We had free breakfast and the hotel staff was super friendly and kind, they even helped us with an issue we had with our car, I can definitely recommend this Villa!

A wonderful place with beautiful beaches, ideal for families. Affordable prices for food and drinks. A large number of bars and cafes for a good night out. The apartments are run by a very kind and friendly family, and we especially liked the breakfast and homemade Tsipouro prepared by the owner. When we booked the apartment, there were no photos of the bathroom! There is no shower cabin, but showering is done on the tiles right next to the toilet bowl! :-(

Super nice and friendly family that runs the place. They go to great lengths to make you feel like home. Very helpful with anything. Clean rooms, breakfast was good, and prepared with different things each morning. Two of us are even intolerant to different foods, and they went and got us options?? Absolutely reccomended.

Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from beaches. Nice and delicious breakfast with different varieties. Proper parking space. No downside at all. Nothing.

Exceptional

Our stay at Villa Rafail was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were so warmhearted and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were incredibly nice and hospitable, always ready to help with anything we needed. What really blew us away was their kindness on our last day. We had to leave early in the morning, and even though breakfast is usually served later, they insisted on preparing an early breakfast for our 3-year-old daughter to take with us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and left us speechless. The room and bathroom were spotless, seriously sparkling clean. I even wanted to ask them how they managed to keep everything so perfectly shiny! They also changed our sheets and were super responsive to any requests we had. Overall, it was the best experience we've ever had. If you're looking for a place with amazing hosts, pristine rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Villa Rafail is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

Superb

Huge portion of breakfast with wide variety of choices and different menu every day. If you don't count the calories, you'll be definitely satisfied with it. Different menu for children and they were very flexible (my wife got sugar free food), so you'll find your choice. The closest beach is just a short (5-10 min) walk (5 min w/o and 10 min w/ kids :) ), as well as the best restaurants, but the neighborhood is very quiet, the noisy main street and busy center are far enough. They frequently cleaned the room.

The owners where very warm people and eager to help with anything. This is a family bussines and everyone is involved. The room was clean and beds comfy, a bit crowded but that was not a problem as we where mostly out. The breakfast was tasty and made us feel like home. We where close to restaurants, shops and 5-10 min walk from the many beaches around. The only thing was the open shower because when showering, all the bathroom would get wet but I noticed this is normal in Albania.
