It's clean and near to food eateries. Steps are steep. Parking space is tight.

Great location close to everything: food, shops, etc. Clean throughout. Good wifi. Noisy traffic during the day but quiet at night. A long walk from the railway station but that's true of all locations in KK.

Aircond High floor with no lift...not value for money.this kind of room should below myr 80..provide old tube tv with malfunction remote...super basic tv channel..the toilet door lock broken ..cannot lock it at all..water pressure a bit low....and super duper annoying is the room is not sound proof at all any single sound from the road and surrounding hotel you can hear it even beside room the guest using toilet you can hear clearly on your bed...super bad thing is the hotel is near self service doby...24 hour at night you will hear the sound of the dryer tumble working....this is the worst experience this time...

The location is a bonus. The room is spacious and clean. The TV is functional and have good reception. The AC is good and provide good sleep environment. The room was well lit. The hotel manager and staff is friendly and helpful. Perhaps some maintenance can be done at my room: 1) The plug for fridge is not function causing fridge unable to be used. 2) The water heater for bathroom is not function. 3) Please ensure that you are in a good health and fit as this hotel don't provide elevator for the upper floor.
