Bring clean bed sheets along with you!!!the bed sheets in my room where not changed since the previous checkout.very upsetting and glad I was leaving the following day. The guy at check out wad randomly irritated. The facilites,cleanliness,professionalism ,location are all extremely poor and unreliable. The rooms are extremely tiny. Very unprofessional and cheap conduct to be randomly irriated by staff

good value for money with everything you need at this price point. friendly staff (Bryan) and good location with free parking space. i truly enjoyed my stay there. Housekeeping could be better....i noticed the same stain on the mug in the room during my 2nd night stay :)

The toilet door broken donno how to explain very bad, no kettle inside room, when check price they stated total final price rm59 but suddenly when make payment they deduct rm71. Room not soundproof we can hear other people from others room, main door lock loose not safety, tv cannot use. The bed spring loose and noisy even when we just move our body also already make noise and no extra socket .

The staff very lazy n slow... Ask for check in and check out we have to wait so long ask for towels also since we get out to have some business they didnt change for the towels ask for extra pillow the reception dont want to serve us and just said dont have...no manners at all... I will not recomending this hotel to other thank you for the bad service

The location is good. I never tried their breakfast hihi. But there are a lot of stores around this place. So I like it very much. At morning it can be quite noisy because its near to road. Other then that everything is good. The staffs also very friendly and kind. I don't know about other room but in my room there is no extra switch board to charge my phone and laptop. That's it.
