AC Hotel by Marriott Kuala Lumpur

Hotel is clean. Rooms are spacious, view is beautiful. Staff is pleasant. Location is good, LRT station is nearby, shopping mall is near, so we could go by walking. There was local street food bazaar. Breakfast is good enough. Various variants. We have stayed for 5 days and at the end breakfast was annoying

Terrible breakfast for non Malays and bad service. Asked 3 times to take laundry bag and never got it. pool is quite small

IT WAS PERFECT NOTHING

Unfortunately, my experience with the housekeeping was disappointing. On the first day, I found hair in the bathroom, which was not a good first impression. Throughout the rest of my stay, housekeeping seemed to only make the bed and replenish the toiletries and other essentials. The room was not vacuumed, as crumbs of food remained on the floor for the rest of our stay. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness especially for a hotel like Marriott . I hope the management addresses these housekeeping issues to improve future guests experiences.

The lunch menu is almost the same for every day. No variations of menu..

We had an excellent stay and found this hotel to offer outstanding value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and spacious enough for our family's needs. The breakfast was delicious, well organized, and offered a good variety of options. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every team member we interacted with was professional, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Their hospitality made a significant difference to our overall experience. I would like to extend special thanks to Faisal, Mahdi, Mohammed, and Ali for their exceptional support, kindness, and professionalism throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided one of the best service experiences we had during our trip to Malaysia. The breakfast quality and variety were very good; however, the menu remained largely the same each day. For guests staying multiple nights, introducing more daily variations would make the breakfast experience even better.

Right next to Titiwangsa station! None

I noted that it was my birthday staycation during booking and before check-in. I understand complimentary surprises aren't guaranteed, but seeing other guests receive one was a little disappointing. The parking entrance is quite cramped, so drivers of larger vehicles may need to be extra careful. While I understand charging for parking, RM10 per day for hotel guests with a validated card feels a bit steep.

Breakfast was exceptional, rooms were very modern very clean, amenities (toiletries,coffee making, fridge, water etc) were excellent quality. There wasn't anything I didn't like

The location is very near to the city center. There's train nearby where you can commute to the city. It is very convenient. There's nearby restaurant and convenience store nearby. The front office staff were very helpful & friendly.

This property is worth the money. Very neat and clean room The only thing could be better is - have more options in the breakfast.

Cleanliness of the room was out of the world . Room layout was spacious and bright. It was so nicely done that I assumed that rooms were newly inaugurated ...boy Abdullah was making an cleaning rooms in a great way. His hard work impressed me. Crystal clear potable water bottles were given as and when we wanted. Ample space for clothes hanging was available. We were efficiently given the items when we requested for any ... Sofa in room was good size and view of KL was out of the world from window. Security feature in lift and outside were great. Reading corner was a great facility with books. Staff was kind and welcoming. Only thing that I missed is a fresh fruit juices corner in breakfast and mango ? sticky rice, pineapple ? fried rice in morning. Cold coffee was also missed. Also a limited snacks and good options like Maatcha latte , mango sticky rice to remain available for late night enjoyment. Staff works hard for good image of hotel. Reception staff , I have forgotten the name of guy who checked us in, was also very efficient. I have recommended to my family and colleagues to go to happening KL and stay at this hotel. I am looking forward to probably visit again this year for some more days in their KL and Ipoh property. I hope I will get same warmth and good rates for a longer stay.? Last but not least in breakfast lounge , Mr. Arshad was very kind and I always saw him working hard with smile..i.dont know the name of guy who was on eggs station he made very tasty omelette as per our request. I have mentioned above. Mine was great experience.
