Nothing Air conditioner was very poor. Smelly room, bad odour. Stained windows. Unclean floor. Old wooden bed, almost cracks down bed. Freezer/icebox was not cold enough. Smelly toilet.

The location was amazing near everything you can imagine The staff, first thing the guy told while checking in that I will pay 100 MYR as a deposit and he will only give me 50 back while there was a sign clearly saying that the deposit is only 50 MYR Second is there is not internet while clearly on the booking saying they have high speed internet, while asking the staff at the reception, he bluntly said “I can’t depend on the hotel providing internet and I should buy a SIM card for that” No cleaning whatsoever the entire stay, and cockroaches ? everywhere inside the room

We not even satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, there's a stain at the pillow as well. my parents not happy at all. hardly get parking as well.

Room Sight looking KL twin towers and very convienent for Bus and Train. we except tooth brush and paste and chappel but they didn't provide

I honestly couldn't find anything I didn’t like about this hotel — everything was simply perfect! From the stunning location to the exceptional service, every detail exceeded my expectations. The area is super convenient, with everything you need right at your doorstep, whether it’s dining, shopping, or sightseeing. On top of that, the price we paid was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the stay. It’s definitely among the most competitive in the area. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable experience!

location is good. they charged me half day more for just 3 hours. i was waiting for taxi to come and we had to leave for airport, flight was delayed for an hour. They didnt adjust. there was no latches in the washroom door, difficult to use it while children were there, they could open it anytime.

Was good for the one night I stayed. I needed a break from hostels and it was perfect for a quick refresher. The elevator is super handy as well. It’s in an industrial part of town but close to the bus station about 10-15 min walk. Then 30 min walk to central KL. The room was dark and a little dusty. The front desk when I arrived felt standoffish.

Location close to monorail.other than that all bad Dirty room, old bed, shower very slow water pressure, aircond not so cold. Initially want to buy delux room which is available in booking.com.however was told that room not available and only offer me the most expensive room. Feel like i was scammed by the hotel management
