Welcoming and helpful receptionists Clean room Good Wifi connection Accessible by car from the other side of the property Small grocery is nearby. Walking distance/few blocks away from some restaurants, bus stops and a monorail station Room provided with plastic tumbler for drinking and single small spoon only Reception area has a number of boxes and other stuff which make it look like a semi-storage area. Pushcarts loaded with cleaning materials and towels/linen is always placed in front of the elevator/lift on the 3rd floor making the area look like a storage room for cleaning stuff Location esp at night. Narrow street and street market going to/from bus stops/train station Heater is not working. No hot/warm water, just cold water from the shower

Room size was very small and Receptionist in day time afternoon to 10pm old man was not good he was rude with us and uncooperative even he didn't behave good when we were leaving hotel

I stayed in room 207 so many ants they went on bed bitten all my body i felt inchy i couldn't sleep

Wifi poor not working at all, i complained too many times but zero response.

The bed is comfortable but, pillow, blanket, and towel not so well maintain hygiene. Got some unpleasent smell.

simple room, humble but clean with nice linens and comfortable bed since it has no windows I would have liked it to be more quiet, maybe some tapestry as decor would help with sound reflections in the hallway
