The location is perfect. The hotel is only 1 block from the famous Jalan Alor Food Street where every night the street becomes a gastronomical festival. The private rooms are well spaced with its private toilets & showers with hot water. The rooms are also supplied with a small refrigerator, TV, & A/C. A electric pot to make tea or coffee. Some construction materials were stored on the hall of my 5th floor.

Newer television, hot showers, and daily refreshing of the room. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The pictures presented are so outdated and misleading and should be removed from use.

The location is good. The security is good too as u need to scan room card in order to enter the premises. Room exceeded my expectation especially the single room. The single room has clear glass toilet which is a surprise for me. Their air conditioning is very strong. Very good for KL hot weather but it tends to be too cold if its a rainy day. 26degree with speed 1 fan is cold enough for a hot afternoon. can you imagine the coldness!! There are lots of food options available within 5mins walk. A few convenience store is just less than 5mins walk away. Malls are just at the main road in all directions. I would definitely stay here again when i visit KL. Nothing much.

All restaurants, bar, spa are in 2min walking distance. Jalan alor within 1min. All open until 3am and more. Traffic jam. Specially at evening, you need to wait more than 30min for grab.

All around, this hotel is the most convenient and comfortable place in its price range that I have found in KL.

The shower screen in bathroom 305, only let's small people in, anyone over 80kg, will struggle.

The location is close to Bukit Bintang which has a great street scene. The air conditioning and the hot water worked as they should. I stayed here nine years ago and the difference is noticeable. Needs updates of paint .

each bed got 2 pillows which is so comfort. after long journey, its a good place to stay and take rest. easy for grab to drop off & pick up. the aircond was good. the toilet is not convenient. it has no lock & can see through. as I travel with cousin so a bit uncomfortable. we have to wait outside take turn to use the toilet.

It was clean but a but outdated and expensive. I got a better hotel in the same price. Single room was very small. Lights were not working. Rest everything was fine. It’s good for 1 night stay.
