Location. Ease access My recent stay at Campbell Hotel was absolutely horrible. This hotel is NOT the same anymore. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. First of all, there was ZERO communication about the café being closed. No memo, no notice, no explanation during check-in — nothing at all. We only found out the next morning when we went down for breakfast that was supposedly INCLUDED in our booking. Then the hotel decided to replace the breakfast with random takeaway food. From where? Nobody knows. Is it halal? Hygienic? Properly handled? Again, nobody could answer. Completely irresponsible management. What made things even worse was the attitude and handling by one of the Tamil male receptionists. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. We are in Malaysia but he could barely communicate properly in Bahasa Malaysia, making the whole situation even more frustrating and embarrassing for guests trying to get answers. And the most shocking part? He admitted he could not give us the takeaway food because flies had already landed on it. Seriously? What kind of disgusting hotel service is this? The fact that contaminated food was even considered acceptable for guests is beyond unacceptable. Until today, I am STILL waiting for a proper reply or resolution from the hotel. No accountability, no apology, nothing. This hotel seriously needs to improve its management, hygiene standards, and customer service before charging people for stays they clearly cannot manage professionally. Definitely my last stay here. Banned. Cancelled. Never coming back again. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.

The room full with cockroaches. But the staff give me a good services. They arranged me to another room but don't have any refrigerator.

Nearby to all good attractive places, just besides SOGO Muslim friendly No Parking Compensation, as we have to park outside, because got shooting at parking space provided and doesn't compensate Customer parking paid up to almost RM40++ No tissue provided in the bathroom Got Cockroach inside the Room

location the most The mattress and the pillows got stained, not sure it was blood or something else. Perhaps the management can improved the cleanliness of these two things. It must have been washed properly and upgrade the hygiene.

Good location closed to many restaurants and malls. Extremely noisy sounds of moto bikes even at 15 floors.

The aircond was cool. There were cockroaches all over inside the room, and my wife even said she saw one at the breakfast area. The bed linens were stained. The towels have a musty smell to it and was too small to wear properly. The shower area was a bit small as well. For check in, I wasn't made aware that we had to pay a RM50 deposit fee in cash. People don't usually carry cash anymore. And the check out method to get the deposit wasn't made clear as well.

The location is excellent for us having a business just around the area. For staying not so long inside the room it is just fair and ok because its cheap and will provide your basic needs. What I don’t like is that they will not help you on your baggage. You will bring it upstairs and downstairs alone. Good thing they have 3 elevators.
