Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Great location and the hotel is massive. Good breakfast There is too much noise in the room the windows are not soundproof. On complaining we were given a different room but there was still quite a bit of noise of motorbikes at night. Parking is not free you have validate the car every time take your car out from the parking. The entire parking is third party and we parked in the wrong spot (even though the whole parking lot was empty) and our car got clamped for which we had to pay 150 RM. seemed a bit unfair given that we were staying in the hotel.

Concierge was nice Cockroaches in the room, on 29 the floor. Also the non chalance of manager when I complained.

This property is the perfect place to stay in KL if you want a luxury feel at a very reasonable price. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and professional in all areas of the hotel. The high floor King rooms are large, comfortable and well sound proofed for a very relaxing sleep environment. The separate dressing room has lots of storage space and a double level safe that will fit even the largest laptops. The bathroom is also very big with plenty of toiletry items provided and replaced daily. An outdoor pool is a great place to relax during the very hot middle of the day, with plenty of covered areas to avoid sunburn. Pool temperate was just right every time. The highlight of this hotel continues to be the breakfast buffet which is HUGE. Multiple different food stations across a whole floor covering everything from toast and cereal to dim sum, sushi, salads, cheeses, Asian hot dishes that change every day and even a create you own noodle bar! For those who like their breakfast sweet, the pancake and waffle station even has multiple ice cream options. The housekeeping staff also deserve top marks, ensuring the room was serviced between 10am and 11:30am every day. This is great for those who want to explore in the morning and come back to rest once the weather heats up. Being located next to Medan Tuanku monorail station means you can use the airport's KLIA Express train during the day and easily explore other parts of the city during a visit. It's also opposite the Quill Shopping Mall featuring multiple food options and a supermarket. Sheraton Imperial is a fantastic choice when visiting KL. Old, broken pool furniture still needs to be replaced. In a hotel where everything is high class, this simple to solve problem needs to be addressed to match everything else. The bathroom decor and colour scheme feel a little dated, but not a big issue.

Second time here. Perfect location. Staff are very kind and helpful. Can’t think of anything.

The room had no ventilation and also no oven

Great location, great breakfast, great and friendly staff. Grand looking hotel, good access to everything. The hotel is ' tired' we had many water related issues such as cold showers, leaking toilets. If there is any message to pass on to the hotel, is that it is overdue a freshening up urgently.

When I booked I accidentally booked room with no breakfast, i asked them to change it with price upgrade. They did all their best not to do it to get 200 myr for two person every day. As a result every day I was having breakfast outside for less price and higher quality

This Sheraton property far exceeded my expectations leading to a fantastic stay in KL at a very reasonable price. Located just steps from the Medan Tuanku monorail station, the hotel's location makes it easy to get to using the airport's KLIA Express train during the day and to easily explore other areas during a visit. The lobby offers a great first impression during check in and is the first place to meet the staff who are always very friendly, welcoming and professional no matter what area they work in. An outdoor pool is a great place to relax during the very hot middle of the day, with plenty of covered areas to avoid sunburn. Pool temperate was just right every time. But the highlight of this hotel has to be the breakfast buffet which is HUGE. 8 or 9 different food stations across a whole floor covering everything from toast and cereal to salads to Asian hot dishes that change every day and even a create you own noodle bar! For those who like their breakfast sweet, the pancake and waffle station even has multiple ice cream options. If you like Indian food, a chef is on hand to make fresh roti in front of you. The staff here are super friendly and after the first morning addressed my by name every following day without looking it up. The attention to detail here is a credit to the hotel's management. This will be my first choice hotel in KL from now on. Some of the pool furniture was very worn and damaged. I spoke to staff who advised they are awaiting new replacement items.

Great Staff, Great Rooms, Great Food and Service. City view rooms are absolutely amazing Rooms did have a few small areas that needed maintenance. Like my Hair Dryer randomly caught fire and the Water Jet was leaky

The hotel looked good in pictures, but it is clearly worn out inside and its high time for a full renovation. While it must have been a majestic place ca 3 decades ago, it is definitely not a place worthy enough to stay in 2026, more so for such high price. Breakfast spread was very good, with a mix of various cuisines. The facilities in the room, especially the bathroom is dated. Carpets with stains and odor is a common sight.

I have to wait for sometime at the front of hotel. I have to call the staff for help to carry the luggage from car before i go down for check in although my car boot open already.
