The location was a bit hidden, but it's more like a hidden gem to me ?

the only positive point was that the staff were kind and friendly! the room was dirty the bed sheets,curtains, floor and the towels had blood-like stains and there was no soap or other toiletries available. The bugs were crawling on the bed!!!! the towels were torn up!! and they don’t give you new towels per day if you don’t request in person each day! The hairdryer was not in the room and you should ask reception to give you each day. The warm water of shower had limits of volume and after around 20 minutes it got cold! The window was broken. the location quite far from subway station (25min walk).

Pros: There is no (compared to other hotels) There is a smell that is not good in the room,insects،and the pillows are dirty

There is no one to help you with the luggage , also the Air conditioner was so bad and there is no bath needs in there .

Good value for money -> The room rate is affordable, basic essential like towel and body shampoo are provided. Friendly staff -> Service was prompt and helpful during my stay. Acceptable cleanliness -> The room was generally tidy, though not spotless. Location -> near to Bukit Jalil Stadium Slightly run-down -> Some furnishings were damaged, like the 2ft-high luggage cabinet in my room, which was broken and unstable.

Limited TV channel and receiver is poor. Blur or blank screen with sound. Bathroom do hot have hot water for shower.

The staffs are so kind. Since we booked 2 rooms, they upgraded one of them so that the rooms will be close to each other. We requested for a late check out and they granted it without additional payment. Thank you so much!
