Inside the junction mall Not much food outside neighbourhood

The hi-tea was excellent. The staff were totally helpful.. The room was beyond our expectation.. The view was good. The best part was that it is attached to a very good shopping mall where we could purchase a lot of things. Will truly recommend this hotel to others The supper was mediocre. Could have had more variety of dishes. Probably because it was late at night, they did not replenish the dishes. The wait time for check in could have been reduced as we had to wait for a long time.

Very clean You need help to find the reciption desk at first arrival ..Also theotel asked for 400 RM as warranty which is not mentioned before on the web during registration.

Beautiful property in business part of KL. Lots to do near by. Don’t have to leave hotel. Little far from the touristy things to see. Need other transportation to get there, usually have a lot of traffic to deal with.

The ambience and staff were exceptional. My family loved staying there. The staff were helpful and checked on us.. The breakfast were good but we missed nasi lemak more. They had nasi goreng insread

Overall was good. Like that is just at a mall, very convenient. The second room was much better and I believe it was a newly renovated. The bedding was so comfortable. Towels and bath-robes smelled so clean and fresh. I had to request change of room because the long-bath surface was uneven/peelings. I didn't like not having a view. What I saw was the back of another tall building albeit being on the 23rd floor.

The staffs are super friendly, the room is spotless, shower pressure is superb, the bed and the pillows are plush & luxurious, and also ample & secured parking. Nothing to complaint about. Everything are excellent & exceptional.

clean,spacious room and friendly staffs the property changed us $10 for two towels that they said were missing. we do not check numbers of towels every day and we do not take them out either. It seems not a good practice to claim missing towels at check-out and we can not go back to verify.

The room is spacious thou look old. they have a shopping mall right under their hotel. MacDonalds are 24 hours. the hotel location was near to the place that we intend to go. The breakfast place was a mess. not enough food and we have to clear the table for ourselves. Most likely they are short of staffs. TV channel selection were limited.
