Great hotel, 1 min to twin tower, they gave us free upgrade to twin tower view, the vibe there is different from the hotels of Kuala Lumpur.

Location, room and view Lunch at Flock and employee response to our concerns. Also, our suite wasn’t ready until 5pm because previous guest decided for a very late check out which should not have become our inconvenience

The room is very spacious and location is good too. The food wasn’t tasty. The bed was too soft, felt like you slept sunken. The shower water pressure was not strong enough. Overall vibe is just too dark.

While my overall stay at W Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The bathroom design was a bit uncomfortable — the door had no lock, and there was a visible gap that compromised privacy, especially when using the shower. Additionally, the room wasn’t very soundproof; I could hear noise from outside as well as the sound of water flowing through the pipes whenever guests in the rooms above used their bathroom. These issues affected the comfort and relaxation I was expecting from such a high-end hotel.

I like the vibes of this hotel. Could see youngsters people who manage this hotel. From manager, to front desk to chef at the kitchen. They were very friendly, helpful. I love their breakfast spread. They provide Malaysian breakfast and also western breakfast. So good! We have bad experience during our check in but everything solved in time.

Location and comfort. The first night we could hear slight music from the DJ at the pool area. The next morning we requested a room change and the staff moved us up 10 floors. The staff is incredible, friendly, helpful and obviously trying to please the guests.

I loved the breakfast selection, so many choices to choose from it did not disappoint. The rooms were very clean. Staff working the breakfast should be more attentive to requests.

My room was facing the bar and I couldn’t sleep coz of the noise. I paid a lot to sleep peacefully but turns out I had to bare the loud music till 2am. They also charged me for mix bar upon checkout which I didn’t touch at all and I realized this when I arrived home. That was an inconvenience for me coz I had to make few phone calls. I expected a better experience from a 5 star hotel.
