The breakfast choices were very varied, fresh the team was very nice. The fact that on the booking website when I book the room it clearly stated that the room that I booked had a shower or bath that I had to ask for. But when I get to the hotel they said that only upgraded room had bath. That was quite sad. And also the tv doesn’t have YouTube or Netflix access. Quite chocking in 2026, they said we needed a computer and they could give us a HDMI for to connect to the TV.

the concept of environmental frienly is very good. there is no water bottle, water for drinking is provided at the water dispenser inside the room. the dusbin did not have a lid and no plastic bag. Hence in malaysia, we have lot of food that need to be kept in a close dustbin. if not been properly dispose hence next morning can get a bed odour. so i suggest to give a biodegredable plastic or something that can wrap the food especially cooked food.

NOTHING TERRIBLE HOTEL RESPONSE. HAS BEEN CHASING FOR THE INVOICE OF MY STAY AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY DESPITE WEEKS HAVE PASSED. TOTALLY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN!!!!

The hotel staff are all helpful, courteous and will make their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Its quite far from the city center.

I received a free upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The breakfast was good too! The pool was too cold, because it never faces the sun. It's too much of a hassle to get the complimentary parking. I ended up paying myself a few times.

The doorman was very kind and professional. Receptionists were also helpful and professional so for staffs, everything was perfect. The room smelled weird coming from bathroom which we think it was the sink that was smelling. We thought the smell will go away after few times using the water, but for 2 days it smelled bad. Towels were also smelling strange like strong swimming pool smell.
