Booked overnight stay to go to concert at Bukit Jalil. 10-15 min drive to LRT Salak Selatan (MRT was actually much closer, but we wanted to stay on Sri Petaling line). Affordable and decent accommodation for 1 night stay. Got room with no window, but it was okay since only 1 night. Hotel fulfill my request for twin bed. Staff at counter was nice and gave clear instruction for parking. Parking free :)))

clean, cosy room Both the staffs (females & males) night & day shift are equally VERY RUDE to its guests to be honest. Not for this trip, but previous trips. I always had to book Min Cott because it is right opposite of the company that I am attending training. Check-out time is at 12pm of the day, I usually check out at about 9+am (before my training starts). However there are days that I drive all the way from other states, eg. Penang, Melaka or even Johor. My training ends at around 6-7pm hence I needed to park my car for another 6-7 hours (which is after the check-out time of 12pm). Even I had partners & colleagues who are still residing in their hotel room, their check-out day is the next day. I used their parking quota (cause they do not drive here), also it is NOT ALLOWED. I feel the level of tolerance is very low & bad as per its staffs & management. Of course if I am able to leave by 12pm (after check-out time) I would be happy too. But since I still have another 6-7 hours of training (I do come here for work), not only both its shifts staffs are VERY RUDE, they do not allow me to even use my partner and/or colleagues parking quota, even we are from the same company & we are friends. This is too stingy & calculative to be honest & hence as for people who drives & park, the review is utterly very bad
