Not have friendly staff and also the bed sheet have a stain on it.

This hotel is not disabled and elder friendly. No lift (broken), have to climb all the floors. I been visiting this hotel for a very long time since its name was "Wonderful Hotel" and now new management took over and rebrand it to "Smile". Only unsettled problem is the lift issue. Cleanliness better compared to old management

New refurbished room, last time visit is bad condition, now is nice & comfortable, staff also nice, room space is big, strongly recomeded for all
