Parking. Very limited parking. Visitor parking 30+ plus space only. Not mention about pdrm will issue notice for penalty for parking outsite on piblic road which is not direct penalty slip but a slip that need pass information to state address in the notice but unfortunately no address is state in notice. Now I need directly have to check with pdrm about the notice and settle within 7 days time. Inform all customer that total visitor parking space numbers and pdrm will issue notice if park outsite on slip road

There is cafe and supermarket 10m from the building 30min waiting for a lift to get to the room! Noisy neighbours!!! No towels!!! Broken AC!!!!! Instead only a ceiling fan

Room is not spacious

The cats around the hotel was the only positive thing Exoensive, very far from the center, rooms are very tiny, bad internet...

C/in at lobby (beside bilamart) , fast c/in and c/out drop keys in mailroom (if c/out during no one attand at lobby) which is good. Need rm100 deposit and return via transfer within 2 days (working days) . Not bad services. Have hair dryer/water/coffea/tea. Got body/hand wash which is good. Clean bathroom and room. Good price but prefer a bit lower price. Need to register car/motorcycle everytime need to park. The room some place broken (table under tv). The tv is a bit old (smart tv ) , still useable but prefer to watch the new tv(android) as for new tv have good speaker and higher resolution.

But the room they showed me in the picture was big in actually room was tinny they never came to clean the room again and bed bugs was too much

Check in time 3PM-10PM (if more than 10PM not allow?). Check out 11AM(late check out RM50 per hour). This is unfair business to customer.

Best Nothing

The pool and gym were good and the sauna was a nice touch. Where to begin?! We have been travelling for 2 months and this was our worst stay to date. We in at 1pm knowing check in was 3 however we asked if there was anyway our room was ready early. The staff said very rudely come back at 2. So we did again asked nicely and they were very unhelpful now telling us 3pm. Once we had checked in we went to our room via a lift that was unfinished which seemed dangerous. We found our room which was tiny and it smelt of egg and rotten pipes. The bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom stench was unbearable. When trying to sleep the corridor light stays on all night and the ‘blinds’ are practically see through. If we were staying any longer than one night we would have moved stays.

Value for money in terms of the size of the apartment, number of rooms and availability of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

THE BEST AS TO THE CLEANLINESS OF THE PLACE! We felt so comfortable and safe.

the wifi connection it is too poor and it become more worst since my own celular also cannot support at the location so its a bit difficult to communicate

Friendly staff, great gym and pool, beautiful comfortable room with a view, nice restaurants and a small shop downtown stairs!

No Nope

I think one should note that there is no stove in the unit. It didn’t bother me since there are many restaurants and shops to get food or put sandwiches in the fridge for later.

Clean rooms. Great terrace with amazing views of the city. Nash is a great host, always welcoming you with a smile and helping you out with anything you might need. Not in KLCC. It’s about 2-3km/20 min by car, which can be a bit inconvenient if you don’t have much time.

There's no microwave to heat our food,and there's no cleaning sponge to wash our cup or bowl. The space quite limited.
