There was a wet towel hanging behind the main door, the toilet was not clean (stain at the sink & floor), the long table/wall-attached furniture had hand stain, dusty, not clean. The cup was as if not washed.

The resort is very close to the beach that's the only best feature. The staffs were polite and kind. The stay was quite expensive for the amenities, look, and feel of it. In fact, the booking.com price is higher than the listing at the resort. We asked for a room facing the beach, but we were given a room behind the resort facing the washroom, which was horrible. We had to pay the property, and then they charged us additional VAT. In addition to that, they collected a tourism fee. In total, we paid around 20RM more than the booking.com pricing.

Scenic view, very near to beach, spacious room. Room facility is good, clean bathroom, bed is ok. Location superb, beach beside resort can watch sunrise, very beautiful! Already 2nd time to this place and I will come again Room can be more maintained, such as the walls. Looks abit old but not a big problem to me.
