The services from the staff is good. The environment was also nice. 1. The room is not quite same with the picture that been advertise. 2. The breakfast buffet but only has 1 type of food only.

The bed had a lot of pilling, and the sheets were stained yellow- I feel like for 130-150 ringgit per night, they should be bleaching the sheets and replacing them when they're worn out. There was a lot of pilling on the mattress and it is very visible. It made me freak out at first, because I thought it might be bedbugs, but upon closer look, it was just a dirty mattress. They should definitely clean this up.

Strategic location, walking distance to Kuala Terengganu Airport. No spare key provided. I have to leave my kids in room and come back late night. Quite troublesome to wake them up to open the door for me.
