This time we got room at the end of the aisle the room was too close with another room and the noise from next room obviously can be heard and distracting our sleep especially the sound of water usage from the toilet.

good location, spacious room the walls are not sound proof, no privacy and quite disturbing at times. Too much outside lights at night (corridor and porch lights) coming to our room.

The pool metal material is rusty and not good for kids. Room were very small and stuffy. No fan in room just aircond. Room wall were thin and you can hear conversation from next door.

Room by room need a good sound proof partician... Swimming is open for the customer guest who make short visit! Parking space not enough dor the guest..ticket or sign board not display

Wall separated using gypsum board like in the office, it make you can hear person next to your rooms talk and noisy.

I requested a late check-out in the system and they agreed to my request, suddenly , when I got work to do during the check-out time, they asked me to pay for a late check-out. This is my first time being charged for a late checkout. Even stay at any hotel, they never charged me for that reason.
