My unit's bathroom got a smell, need some air refreshment and my bedsheet is a little bit dirty, management need to up their game in their cleaniness. Even though parking provided, before 5pm still unable to find parking.

It was a wonderful experience to stay here. If i come Terengganu again next time, definitely I'll stay here again. The location is strategic, the room also comfortable and all the facilities are sufficient.

Very Noisy sound from the piping/water pump at midnight from my room 107. Disturb my sleep.

Tealive is at the lobby. Near to clinic, laundry and several restaurants. The room has a ceiling fan which is very good for ventilation. No convenient store near to hotel. I have a problem with my air-conditioned in my room. Without aircond, the room become so hot due to its facing sunset. Need some adjustment then ok. No refrigerator to store foods and drinks.

Upscale looking hotel, Good English. Clean room with actual hot water. Latenight eateries across the street. Courteous staff, Promptly called a cab at local rate. Other than a meal, not waking distance to anywhere. Room cramped, hard to get behind bed for full length curtain.
