The location. Very near to eateries and easy to access all the tourists spots Wifi was not accessible at all time. It keeps disconnecting. And we cannot use our data too, in the room. Hot water was not available at all time. Only a few hours in a day. Duvet cover was open, not secured properly. Making the duvet slip out of its cover. Mattress was lumpy and all itchy. I suspect bed bugs. Door very thin and flimsy. Could hear people walking and talking outside on the corridor.
