Easy self check-in and the public areas were very clean. Very happy with my room: super clean, large, really comfortable bed, great bathroom (powerful shower), aircon and TV excellent, wifi perfect. I spent a week here and was very comfortable. So peaceful and quiet—rarely heard any noise from my room. There's a really useful and convenient dining area (with hot water dispenser, snacks and cold drinks for sale; at very cheap prices!). Overall, superb value and a brilliant central location! Only, small, complaint is, as a smoker, it would have been nice if there was a chair and table in the outside area.

Not tolerate about check out time. 12.02pm call to ensure we are already checkout. We just about to leaving but need to make final check up in room, then the owner call to ensure we notice about the check out time.

However, I was quite unhappy with the service. When I asked for help, the assistance given wasn’t actually helpful at all. It felt like the staff were trying to twist the situation and indirectly blame me. For example, the hair dryer didn’t work, and when I brought it up, they responded with “it was working fine when we cleaned the room.” That didn’t make sense to me, how could it be “fine” if it clearly wasn’t functioning? When I told them onot to accuse me of breaking it, they quickly said, “I didn’t say that,” which felt like a tricky way to deflect responsibility.The access card for the energy supply was already damaged, but I didn’t get blamed for that, just to be clear.Also, the TV didn’t work at all. Instead of simply admitting it was broken, they told me to follow the instructions posted on the wall. I tried everything, but it just wouldn’t turn on same as the hair dryer. If these things were already not functioning, it would’ve been better if they just informed me upfront.Other than those issues, everything else was fine. But the way the staff handled the problems was disappointing.

Been a repeating customer for few times already. Still good value for money A/C not cold, sweating the whole night in room 201. Pillow too tall and stiff Luckily the staff was decent enough to let me cancel the rest of the stays for 0 fees

Clean and clear instruction for check in, good value of money Apparently Waze & Google map doesn’t update about the one way road around the hotel. I spent half and hour turning around to find a way to the hotel. I don’t blame the hotel though, is not their problem

easy to ascess because located in the middle of the city. Best value for money as its very clean and the beds are comfy. Will sure be coming again to stay

Another plus point is that it's staff-less, all instructions were given clearly. From my point of view, can at least add an ironing area in the room,

Location, clean, water dispenser at 1st floor Aircond not too cold to cover the whole room. Only felt aircond in area aircond are directed at.

private entrance and lots of space to park your car. easy access to convenience store such as emart and 7E maybe the room that i was in was a bit dusty but overall a very good price for a very good room??
